morning all from gloomy wales... congrats to everyone who got through weekend on plan and woooooooooo and rein in the syns for those who didnt lol I think im going to try red days for a while im eating too much on extra easy or maybe its just the starch thats making me feel bloaty and stuffed in an evening....will post diary later ..p.s I hate mondays,may groc challenge £167/£280...0

Morning everyone after my post last week about my weight loss I went last week and lost 1/2 lb which I was happy with I am always a slow looser on any diet(even the likes of CD so I know its not me over eating etc)
I have been good this week I have stopped having mullers as I tend to overeat on them and have also been having smaller portions and have felt better for it have been hungry at times well just before tea etc but dont feel confident about my loss this week I feel like I have put on weight:(
I tend to do EE as I feel hungry on Red and can overeat on pasta when on green. I may post my meal plan later and maybe people can point out where I am going wrong I am happy with a 1lb a week loss its just I hate paying to go to group to not loose anything on the other hand if I dont go I know I will easily put on 3-4 lbs each week :mad:0 -
I was walking back from town earlier and was followed by 3 lads in their 20s who proceeded to say I had a big a*s,

i too am 5'3" and 10st 4,and want to lose my belly and my wobbly arms,but would be DEVASTATED if i lost my big round bum! how small does it make your waist look??
start to love your big bum girl,take inspiration from Beyonce,Christina, Shakira,J-Lo just to start with! your bum will look great in jeans,fish tail type skirts,mini skirts with tights,my hubby likes my round bum in my pj'show lucky am i?
go to look at your bum now,look at its roundness and how well your clothes fit around it,and the next time you get children making comments about it,WORK IT!

Yum, yum, yum...just had a delicious SW breakfast. I have decided that days where I have a good breakfast are days when I stick to plan so I'm going to try hard to eat well in the morning.
B-2 x WM Toast (HEB1), Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Baked Beans
L-Not sure but probably Jacket Potato and Cottage Cheese with Salad and Dressing (2 syns)
D-Quorn Shepherd's Pie (2 syns for gravy powder) with Cauliflower and Carrots, Cheese on top (HEA1), Strawberries
S- Yogurt, Pear, Options (2 syns), Fibre Plus Bar (HEB2), Skinny Latte (HEA2)

well -my plan for today looks like this:-- 250ml semi skimmed (A)
- lemon juice in warm water
- honeydew melon
- galia melon
- pineapple
- 2 ryvita seedy (B)
- 1 laughing cow light (1.5)
- ham
- 50g kraut salat (1.5)
- big salad
- gherkins
- beetroot
- SF jelly with berries (0.5)
- natural yogurt
- home made 1/4lb-er sweet chilli burger (0.5) stuffed with
- 42g low fat cheddar (A)
- 227g jacket potato (B)
- salad

Im doing another week of red meals.... I still get to have more carbs than I was giving myself on EE-and I don't think I would cope very well on green days-too many carbs leave me bloated and holding weight ;)not to mention they seem to make me crave more carby (I was a carb junky

So pleased to have found this thread, please can I join your merry band. I’m not new to SW as I have done it before a few years ago but I need to go back. I have about 2st to lose (so not a lot if I really concentrateJ), but I can be the worst dieter in the world so you might have to keep an eye on me.
My 1st weigh in is not till Wednesday but i am going to try and be good before then to kind of get me into the swing so to speak.
Well that was the plan this morning, however I had 2 crumpets for breakfast because they need eating (8syns) and I have left Chinese for my tea tonight (Chow mein about 11 ish syns if i remember correctly ?) then I had 3 go ahead biscuits for a snack and I think the 3 syns each. Doing well so far! lol. Am going to the gym after work to try and make up for it.
So glad I have until Wednesday (well Thursday morning) to get my act together so I am writing today off as a bad job and tomorrow is a new day.
So my meal plan for tomorrow is, now please correct me if i am doing anything wrong.
Breakfast will be 1 banana & 2x Mini toast (heb)
HEA will be Skimmed Milk
Lunch will be tuna Salad with a tiny drop of light French dressing – does anyone know the points for this? It 37cals per 100 grams??
My tea?? Jacket spud and salad
Will try and get some syns in there somewhere – not sure yet but I figure if I save a few to make up for today......
Now how does that sound I’m thinking EE.

Glad I found this thread, I did SW a year ago and lost half a stone, I was happy at that weight and left but a year later I am back as I have put it all back on plus more!
I am 5'4 1/2 and last week was my first night at SW and I weighed in at 11 stone 3 lbs. I would love to get down to 9 stone 10 but not sure it it's possible for me! I am going to give it my best shot though.
I have been following the EE plan, last year this was new and I couldn't get my head around it so stuck to green but I do think EE is a lot easier.
I feel like I have lost weight this last week but my home scales don't say that I have, although my mum, my friend and my sister have each lost around 4lbs. I hope they are wrong as being my first week I was hoping for a nice loss to kick start the rest coming off.
I will say that I am eating healthier than I ever have done before as I didn't really eat much fruit or veg before.
Well I'll be back to report on my first loss (hopefully!!) as the WI is tonight.

The weekend was v v v bad syns wise. I had my fruit and fibre + c/bread for brekkie sat mornin and got my half hour Tae Bo session in (my god does it hurt now!) but for lunch i had the fattest southern fried chicken burger with bacon and cheese from the pub. Naturally it came with chips and coleslaw. Had 1/3 of a dessert and 1/2 pint of lager as well.... then went back to my friend's house and ate crisps, chocolate, biscuits... Sunday consisted of buffet food and more chocolate, cake, crisps, biscuits etc..
Anyhoo back on the wagon this morning!
Green day
B - Fruit and fibre (1/2 heb) with milk (hea1) Cup of tea
L - 2x Ryvita Sesame with 42g Kerry low low (hea2) with pickle (2 syns) banana, nectarine, satsuma and cherry ML
D - Either Quorn Sausages with SW chips and baked beans or Quorn Sausages, mash, gravy (2) n veggies.. oooh i'm spoilt for choice!!
Also going to have a w/g crackerbread with jam or lemon curd (1) to make up second 1/2 of my first hebAll hail to the sale!!!!!! :beer:

I have always had a chicken chow mein at 7 syns - not sure what quantity
Had a fairly bad weekend - Friday night was takeaway night with Chicken chow mein, boiled rice and chicken omlette - using heb for chicken in omlette!
Saturday i had a banana for brekkie then had a egg sandwich - then went to town for suit shopping for oh and underwear shopping and went for cheese tasting - luckily they cut us some samples to take home!
Then out of the blue we had another chinese for dinner & i spotted grilled chicken with teriyaki sauce - so i wouldn't be as 'bad' but when it arrived it was covered in batter! And i wasn't going to spend half an hour taking it apart (and being a tight git - i wasn't going to leave it) so i ate it! Whoops!
Sunday was good - banana for brekkie & early dinner of quorn lamb grills with the best garlic roasted potatoes and cauliflower, carrots and sweetcorn with gravy (2.5syns) and then had my 2 hea's for selection of the cheeses - the smoked one was to die for! (and i'm not normally fussed by cheese!) with heb for scan bran (instead of crackers and then 2 alpen lights for the evening (heb)
Today is WI - just had a banana & coffee so far - have quorn shephards pie in fridge (minus the potato topping!) so that will keep me going until WI!
I am really hoping for a 3lb loss tonight - but a sneaky look on scales this morning shows only about 1 or 2lb!
