    Red day here today:

    B: Scrambled eggs, ham, tomatoes
L: 2 ryvita fruit crunch (HEB1), diarylea light(HEA1), ham, skinny cappuccino (HEA2), sliced melon, cheese curls (3.5 syns)
    S: solero (5 syns)
D: Roast beef salad with wholemeal roll (HEB2) & xl mayo (1 syn)

Interesting to read peeps thoughts on calorie counting/portion control on SW as I've seen a few posts on this subject recently on minimins as well. I find it a bit depressing though tbh, as for me the appeal of SW is a sense of freedom from all that. I can see the logic in it though, and at the day if it helps your weight loss good luck with it.
