    Back at work today so food was

    B - weetabix [b + 3.5 syns] milk [a] coffee

    L - mugshot + 2 chopped new potatoes, babybel [a], muller, fibre plus bar

    T - noodles, oil spray [2 syns], peas, carrots, cauliflower, broccolli, oxo

    Snacks - 2 x couscous burgers [even more lush cold] with a couple of spoonfuls of beans, oaty bar [3.5 syns]

    Syns - 9

    Hubbys making more couscous burgers tomorrow so I can snack on them during the week :D.
    Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

    D: Roast beef salad with wholemeal roll (HEB2) & xl mayo (1 syn)

    Interesting to read peeps thoughts on calorie counting/portion control on SW as I've seen a few posts on this subject recently on minimins as well. I find it a bit depressing though tbh, as for me the appeal of SW is a sense of freedom from all that. I can see the logic in it though, and at the day if it helps your weight loss good luck with it.

    and claire im with you i dont count cals but am wary about free foods while im bored or fed up i have done w/w for 10 years well attended and done the bookwork and i can honestly say id never go back to w/w slimming world is a way of life and something we can all do 3 year old as well lol

    Okay have finally decided that i need to lose some weight before the summer hol's!
    Not sure what i weigh but it must bbe 12st + was going to join slimming world this week but have to work wed which is our local meeting day.
    I am doing the extra easy
    B - Satsuma, Banana, Grapes with m/light
    L - 1 piece of brown bread, 2 boiled eggs, 1 squirt salad cream (2 syns), lots of salad, Kiwi and m/light for afters
    snack 2 Apples
    T - 2 lamb chops, peas and new potatoes x 8 small ones
    snack M/light, apple
    Milk - a 350ml skim milk
    Bread was my b
    Is this too much food or does it soud normal
    Also done 30 mins of claire sweeney perfect fit dvd which is brilliant. bought of car boot sale £1 and also 30 mins jog on wii fit.
    Really want to be successful this time round again....

    Also ate a home made scone - counted as 8 not sure if that is right
    Cocoa with my milk =- 3.5 syns
    total syns = 13.5 syns

    Looks good to me jellyspots - was your brown bread wholemeal? I think it's only wholemeal that counts as B. I love that you must weigh at least 12+ That is in the region of my (eventual) target weight :rotfl::o

    Apple
    Nectarine
    Glass of water
    Snack ~
    Banana
    Dinner~
    Quorn, courgette, onion, mushroom, tinned toms stirfy (sort of)
    Half pkt Mediterranean couscous
    Glass of water

    Syn total: 1 (oops!)

    well my first weigh in this morning (at home) and I have lost 4.6lb so I am really pleased and a pair of trousers that I couldn't do up now fit:j:j

    Just another 2 stone 13lb to go to get to my target of 10st 07lb

    Hi, I'm going to take the plunge and go to my first sw meeting tonight so i can learn about the plan and register etc. Does anyone have any insight as to what i need to take with me or how much my first session will cost? Thanks, Tink x
    Debt to clear: feels endless...

    Weight loss to go: 42lb/13.5lb

    Maybe someday i'll be skinny, organised and debt free..
