tinkerbell in this weeks bella magazine there is a free joining slip for slimming world so you will only pay £4.95 instead of £13 odd the £4.95 being the normal weekly fee well worth the 90p for the magazine.
Thanks so much for this, my previously mentioned friend has decided to join next week - I've told her to go & pick up the magazine & she's thrilled to be able to save a tenner!

Thanks also to everyone who gave me advice on the whole wheat/lactose intolerence issue, my friend came with me to the session this morning & had a chat with our consultant about it. Really glad we did it that way, so much easier than me trying to explain it all.

Congratulations to Vixie_Pixie on your fab weightloss - I'm going to try & catch you up! :D

jinnywren--- 2 weetabix is 1 heb your right and you can only have 1 if doing the extra easy plan, but if your doing red or green you can have 2 hebs and 2 hea's 1 medium slice of 800g loaf is 1 heb2 or 2 nimble wholemeal is 1 heb2 but if you use w/w danish wholemeal you can have 3 of them per heb hope that all makes sense .... and yea 350ml of skimmed milk is a hea or 250ml s/s milk or 28g cheddar full fat or lower fat is 42g theres also numerous laughing cows and cheese slices etc...

jellyspots mullerlights are free everyone was just saying that if your weightloss drops and your eating loads of free foods then perhaps eating numerous yoghurts and loads of fruit could be the cause... but they are free..

Hi all, I've just been and done my shopping so got lots of yummy meals planned for the next couple of weeks, I bought OH lots of treats as he needs to put weight on and isn't eating very well as he's quite upset as his Grandad is very ill (89 and everything is wearing out bless him!). I just have to avoid eating the treats now! He says we have mice as everything he eats gets a nibble out of it!

Tonight is comfort food here and I can't wait!!!

You are doing well honey!!! :D I'm really sorry if my post came across a bit harsh. :embarasse

As others have said you can eat as many as you can, just after a while you may find your losses slow down :)

I used syn free yogurt as snacks all the time when i started - it didn't do me any harm (as i used them as a replacement for desserts, chocolate etc.. ) but if i ate them now at the rate i did i would only have a small loss or i'd maintain each WI. Having said that i do get through at least 5 of them each week :) and they are ideal to banish the sweet munchies you get when you first start. 3 MLs do have less calories than a snickers :)
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

    new beginnings...... new successes..
