    Hi all,

Just thought I would say hello. I joined SW last Wednesday because after many years doing (and not doing!) WW I feel that I need some new motivation. I think I drank too much wine on Fri and Sat but hopefully I am well within my weekly syns. I can't wait to get weighed on Wednesday! xx

Bluefire they look amazing! And that cake stand is so pretty.

Hiya Harloe. Another serial WWer here. SW doesn't even compare - i'm loving it :P

And my OH. *mutter, mutter* looks like so far he has lost 3lb since friday! BUT has started eating what I tell him to eat now though is still comparing it to what we used to do on WW. I can't really moan at him for that though as I was the same my first week :)

Going to have a bash at the pickled onion soup today - just going to use left over carrots from our roast yesterday - should be alright shouldn't it?

Thanks guys - I'm trying desperately to stop thinking in terms of points! I was worried about eating too much but on balance I think that cutting out cheese and crisps and cutting down on alcohol will mean I lose weight - heres hoping anyway!

I'm so impressed with some of the losses on here - it's a really motivating thread :T

    harloe it's:

1 tin of carrots (I just used some left over cooked ones from our roast yesterday)
    1 tin of beans
    2 tins of tomatoes
1 pickled onion (I used 5 small ones as only had silverskins in the cupboard)
    Blitz and cook!

I've added salt, pepper, garlic and chilli flakes. Mines finished cooking now and you are all right! It DOES taste like the heinz tomato soup! I didn't think it would! Thicker texture and a tiny bit sweeter (must be because I used the silverskins!) Gorgeous though. Can't wait for OH to get home for his lunch as I want a big bowl now :D
