Could anyone tell me what syn value my dinner would have had.
I bought a large breaded chicken breast stuffed with pepper sauce.
When cut open it ran like gravy and would have been about 2 tablespoons.
    Baked in oven.
    Thanx

jinnywren do you have the packet it came in so you can give us the nutritional values? :)

OMG Tiramisu (along with carrot cake) is one of my favourite desserts. Will be wondering how that tastes! Yummy by the sound of it!

TakeItEazy so glad you liked the couscous burgers :P Will have to try chilli in them when I make them this week - have bought all the bits in to make them! Num!

Don't know if this will help jinnywren. Found this online - wont be exact but will give you a rough idea? The Colemans creamy peppercorn and mushroom sauce on there is 4 syns per 45g packet.

Well my syns for this week have completely gone out of the window. I've spent most of the week baking various kinds of cupcakes ready for entering my local farmers market cupcake competition, and although I was very good at the start of the week the temptation to taste what I planned to submit got the better of me. So I'm expecting a gain at WI on Tuesday morning, however I'm content with that because... I won! Not only in the amateur category that I entered in but best in show as well. Extremely chuffed, especially with the prize I received of a gorgeous cupcake stand (http://i204.photobucket.com/albums/bb268/Socialchemistry/cupcakes.jpg)

So it's back on the wagon tomorrow. I've no idea how many syns the marshmallow & vanilla cupcakes featured in that photo contain, but I don't really think I want to find out!

Just thought I will come in and say hi, I have been on SW far too many times to count and have never got any lower than the weight I am now and am at my wits end with it so tomorrow is a new start for me.
I go to group but find as I dont talk to anyone my fault far too shy It just doesnt bother me about putting on the weight or staying the same.
I will be off to have a look at some of your lovely menus as I know I eat far too much although a lot is free food I just dont think I am hungry and its boredom making me eat then I get fed up with not losing so have just sabotaged myself by just eating a whole pack of biscuits and I had no syns left either:mad::mad:.

Hiya lost mum I know what you mean about the shyness. IRL I find it hard to jump into conversations with people. That's why I love this board :) Everyone is so lovely.

Bluefire I couldn't open your linky but fantastic news on your win! Congratulations :D:T

Thanks! I think I've fixed the link now. The exciting news is according to my Wii Fit this morning I haven't actually put any weight on - I nearly fainted with shock! Who knows, perhaps I've invented the first slimming cupcakes :p
