hmmmmm no-one's ever googled to find the ingredients of low fat spread then? I won't let that stuff touch my lips (or my innards) - disgusting grey stuff that has colour added to make it creamy yellow.
the basic experiment is: will my cat eat it? Noooooooooo.
Just my opinion, of course:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

2.5lb loss tonight:j and I got slimmer of the month which was a lovely surprise:D Its funny how a wee piece of paper can make you feel so good about yourself. Someone at class also made target tonight which has motivated me into believing that that could be me this year if I keep at it and lose this next 2 stone. I really wish you could bottle this feeling!:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0

I didn't do the shoping with SW in mind so next week should be even easier and I hope to lose a steady amount of weight each week watch this space!!
Just had today's weigh in and it's 4lb off Whoooo hoooooo:j0 -
WI today and lost 1lb (3lb in total iver two weeks) :j
I am really pleased because last Tuesday I visited a friend who I haven't seen for ages and we chatted till the wee small hours and troughed our way through a HUGE bowl of crisps and two bottles of fizzy wine
But I was careful with syns for the rest of the week.
Then last night I went out for an Indian meal but I didn't have wine and I made sensible choices.
So I am really pleased. So pleased in fact that I came home and had a celebratory bag of prawn crackers all to myself (why did I do that????)
Anyway, I have a difficult couple of days coming up as my cuz will be visiting - just split with partner - so probably plenty of medicinal red will be called for (I must be strong....)
Fortunately I have developed a craving for slimline tonic and will happily drink it in preference to wine, so fingers crossed, I should be able to stay on track!I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -
Good morning.
:j:jWELL DONE :j:j to all the losers. I am really pleased for you.
I ate a mountain of food yesterday (mostly free foods) to the point I was stuffed all day and was convinced there was no way I could have lost weight. BUT I got on the scales this morning (I must get out of the habit of weighing myself all the time) and I was down 1lb, which makes it 3lb so far this week
Just done my 30 mins of my jumping up and down DVD (10 minute solutions carb & calorie burner - I love them!, there are loads of different ones).
Planned food for today... (Green)
B - museli & skim milk (HEa&b)
L - Tomato & potato bake (HEa for cheese) and broccoli
D - H/M turkey burgers HEb, syn free chips, and salad
Snx - apple & something to use up some syns but not sure yet.
Don't know how I am going to make the bake yet I am yet to make something up.. unless anyone has any suggestions??"People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -
well done LazyDaisy and Nearly Rich! I lost 1.5 lb this week, but as I put on a pound the week before it counts as half a pound loss. I am still averaging a pound a week though, so on track for that celebratory Two Stone Off Party in early August:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

Trixietoes, re the bake, why not put the broccoli in with the other ingredients, save dirtying another dish (can you tell I hate washing up?)
Perhaps soften some onions/garlic first; spray a shallow dish and put layers of potatoes, tomatoes, onions, with small florets of broccoli between them. If you still have a splash of milk left from your HEA put that in with a sprinkling of oxo cube or similar (or a splash of water or stock; but not too much as you don't want it boiling over). Cover tightly so it steams first until softened, then top with cheese and get the top melty and brown. Dunno if that helps, but that would work in microwave, oven or halogen I think!:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
