I lost 1 1/2 lbs as well and got slimmer of the week. I felt a bit of a fraud as I was at a different group but with the same consultant. I also won the raffle!! :j I have to keep motivated this week to lose the next 1 1/2 to get to my 1 stone award.

Can anyone confirm with the HEA if say for instance you could have 6 mini babybel light or 250ml semi skimmed milk you could have half of each and still count that as your one HEA?

You can split your HEs but if I remember rightly it's only 3 babybel lights for a HEa and not 6.

Hi everyone. Well WI was ok, I stayed the smae which I was happy with as I thought I might have gained. The image therapy session was really good this week to, I definately feel more motivated for staying and not just leaving after weighing. The lady who won Slimmer of the week didn't want the fruit basket so they did it as an extra raffle prize and I won :-) There was a hifi bar in there too, I never buy them as I think they are a bit expensive so it will be nice to try one for a change.

i told them all about the pickled onion soup. they were all a bit dubious so I am going to be the guinea pig and try it this week! I have just made a batch and I'll have it for lunch tomorrow. I've had a taste and its ok but not something I'd go mad over......unless I lose loads!!! I have a 20 mile walk on Saturday so I need to remember to eat plenty as I often fiond I struggle to lose when I have a big walking weekend!

Had lost 4lb tonight (over 2 weeks) so got my stone award and my club 10 :j Will have to be extra good this week if I'm to sts or lose next week as I generally have a little gain after having a good loss!! Won't be disappointed though cos I was only hoping for a pound tonight for my stone sticker :D

Sorry to repeat myself but can anyone tell me how you use quark in an omelette please?

Had my first weigh in tonight and lost 4.5lbs. I'm really pleased with that and hope to make it half a stone next week.

Good luck for this week, K

I decided for myself to write everything down as often would 'forget' I had eaten certain things :D. My old consultant never said we shouldn't write food diaries though. Each to their own I suppose but do whatever works for you is my advice. Good luck with wi though [wish there was a fingers crossed smilie].

Same here, I have to write a food diary as I conveniently forget things and all of a sudden I have had 4000 syns . Hopefully when I get in the swing of things and it becomes more second nature I can stop doing one.

No they aren't normal but they are very helpful :)
