Haven't been able to post much as computer at work expired and waited 3 days for it to be fixed! Have bought myself a little notebook and I write in everything that passes my lips and it certainly does make you think twice about eating something you know you shouldn't!
Will try to post more this week, good luck to every one for their weigh ins this week :rotfl:
Well done - that's a great loss!:T0 -
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but your mashed banana will cost you another 4 syns. It you mash, blend or puree fruit then it becomes synnable and an average banana is 4 syns. Why not just slice it in future.
What? OMG - how annoying is that?! I never realised - I usually just slice it but for some reason fancied it mashed today
Will make sure I slice it next time. Thank you for letting me knowOne day Rodney we'll be millionaires£2020 in 2020 - Running Total £170 -

Now to me that font is really small so maybe I do need glasses
Anyhoo I am feeling a bit better on the fed up front as even though the scales haven't moved my belt buckle has. I am now comfortably into a new hole so must be losing inches even though am still in the same size clothes. I don't think I'll get any smaller hip wise but my waist must be shrinking :T.[/QUOTE]
Sorry I type my food diary up onto a word document to keep track of what I'm eating; and for some reason when I copy and paste it over it makes the font size really small??? Haven't found a way of making the font size any bigger - anyone any ideas???0 -
Glad its not my eyes then lol.

I agree, it does seem bizarre but the reasoning behind it is that mashed it takes less time and effort to eat.
This is one place where I think you can safely use your own common sense and if you're only going to eat ONE banana then, personally, I wouldn't syn it. However, if it slips down so easily that you fancy another then perhaps it's better to eat it whole in the first place.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Maybe TMI but I used to be a multiple times a day person, now it's once every 2-3 days. Anyone else find this and have any tips? I've run out of fruit in the house so need to go shopping for some but doubt i'll get around to that today.
I was told by the paediatrician when my DS was a baby, that the reason he only poo-ed every couple of days was that his body was using the food he ingested and there was very little waste to expel. I don't know if that holds true with an adult slimmer, but going multiple times a day tends to suggest quite a lot of over-consumption :rotfl:
I always find sweetcorn does it for me - too quickly at times(sorry TMI)

To be honest one banana is more than enough for me - I find them to be really heavy! One day Rodney we'll be millionaires£2020 in 2020 - Running Total £170
