. The only other breakfast cereal in the house is ready brek and I don't think thats a HE and I can't afford to buy any more at the moment. Last time I got to target eating just weetabix so don't know whats going wrong this time. Hey ho will keep at it.
I know what you meanWeetabix are really versatile as well as you can add so many different fruits with it
Ready brek is on the HE list but you have to have a ryvita original/dark rye/sesame with itblackberry-rum wrote: »Vixie, would the old trick work: put the scan bran between two sheets of greaseproof paper and roll the rolling pin over it until it crumbles. Isn't that the way they crush biscuits for ch**se c*ke :EasterBun? Personally, once I realised I didn't have to incorporate the scanbran into my cereal breakfast I was much relieved, I used them up by smearing marmite on them and topping with free stuff for supper. Now I don't buy them, I use ryvita instead; or I syn the breakfast cereal and eat a bag of ryvita minis during the day
tee hee has anyone ever clicked on [more] beneath the smilies, there's tons more! :kisses:
I would never incorporate it in my cereal! I tried Ali's idea this morning (as i had fruit and fibre again) but its just the texture of it... I'm still picking bits out of my teeth (bleugh!)
Your c***se c**e idea is great but in a fit of disgust this morning i threw the scan bran away!! (i'm sure they were stale - its hard to tell!) Lol. I probably won't buy them again! I'm going to stick to Ryvita and only have the cereals where i can have a ryvita or a crackerbread with them
I honestly think that a michelin starred chef couldnt make scan bran taste nice!mrsiwannabefree wrote: »Woohoo week 2 weight loss is 3lb :j i'm over the moon and feeling very focused and positive
Haven't been able to post much as computer at work expired and waited 3 days for it to be fixed! Have bought myself a little notebook and I write in everything that passes my lips and it certainly does make you think twice about eating something you know you shouldn't!
Will try to post more this week, good luck to every one for their weigh ins this week :rotfl:
Well done! Thats a great loss!!All hail to the sale!!!!!!

Don't think yesterday turned out too badly, had four slices of white () wf egg mayo sandwiches for my party tea - I *think* the bread is about 5 syns per slice so 20 there plus the mayo so still within weekly allowance but will have minimal syns today and tomorrow just in case. Really want that pound off for my stone award on Weds!! Had some yummy strawberries at midnight and had done about 3 hours of dodgy dancing
Had an amazing time and that's the main thing isn't it
Hope everyone's having a good BH albeit a wet oneSome people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0 -
Thanks for suggestions for veg with HM KFC - i am not a salad person at all - i think it tastes like grass (Yes... i have tasted grass before :rotfl:)
Grilled toms & mushrooms sound good - i have some courgettes that need to be eaten - roasted with garlic ...mmmmmmmmm yum....
I have been living off the pickled onion soup for dinners this week but have been slowly adding things to it to bulk it out! Monday i added potatoes, tuesday i added kidney beans, Wednesday i added quorn pieces and yesterday polished the rest off with cheese on toast!
hiya nessie
going to do this soup today as the original four ingredients but was wondering when you mentioned added the kidney beans, were they blitzed too or did you leave them whole in the soup after you blitzed the original soup guess dont really matter just wondered what you did, cheers
have a fun day mazSealed Pot Challenge member 1525
