Just been looking in the July SW mag, does anyone follow the 7 day eating plan?

Like the look of it,but think it may cost too much!

Trying to get my head back round it, lost 1 1/2 stone on Sw a few years ago and need to get it off again.

Now to me that font is really small so maybe I do need glasses

Anyhoo I am feeling a bit better on the fed up front as even though the scales haven't moved my belt buckle has. I am now comfortably into a new hole so must be losing inches even though am still in the same size clothes. I don't think I'll get any smaller hip wise but my waist must be shrinking :T.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Morning All, (well it is for me as have just woke up from my latest lot of night shifts)

Well done on all the losses, especially Mrs McAWBER you are doing great!!

As usual the night shifts threw me a bit, I took mushy pea curry with me so that was fine, but there was a lot of cake and biscuits floating about and I succumbed to a yum yum in the early hours of this morning which wasted 8 syns. So cross with myself.

I lost 2lbs last WI and it is Wi again tomorrow. I'm not hopeful unless I can manage to "go" before then. Maybe TMI but I used to be a multiple times a day person, now it's once every 2-3 days. Anyone else find this and have any tips? I've run out of fruit in the house so need to go shopping for some but doubt i'll get around to that today.

So far today (if I take the day starting from midnight rather than when I woke up) I have had:
    Yum Yum: 8 Syns
    3 x Lotus caramalised biscuits: 4.5 syns

Then just now I've had 2 x weetabix - HEB
    Milk from allowance -HEA
    Wholegrain Ryvita - 1 syn
2 x LAughing Cow Light - Some of HEA
    HI Fi Bar - HEB

So not good to be starting with syns and HEX but I was really hungry and hoped the fibre might get things moving.

For dinner I'm having more mushy pea curry with mushrooms and quorn with rice so it works out as a green day. I'm also going to try and go for a short run and drink plenty. More superfree foods needed in my plan next week.

Hmmmmmmmmmm not sure what to make of today :o

Had two slices wholemeal bread as toast with a mashed banana and 1 tablespoon reduced fat peanut butter which I read online is 4 syns for breakfast.

OH begged me to go to the Chinese all you can eat buffet this afternoon. I tried to remain good by just eating steamed broccoli and vegetables with roasted pork and plain rice - they seemed the most SW friendly things.

Will probably need something later though, just something small and not sure what I can have. Was thinking I could have some fruit with some natural yoghurt or fromage frais on it possibly *considers* although I have got some onion and chive low fat cottage cheese which it says is free on the SW website maybe I could just have some of that with some vegetable crudites?

Hello all; yes Takeiteazy that sample font you posted did look very small. Otoh, your following font seemed really BIG compared with the posts above and below yours! What is happening? If you press control and scroll your mouse wheel that can inadvertantly change the font size I think, but I believe that's on what you see on your screen as you type if you see what I mean (eg for people with bad eyesight, like me, I always have the screen up at 150 rather than 100% anyway)

I've had to ( :rotfl:) eat out today. I chose the lamb shank in wine & rosemary sauce (it had a little D by it, indicating dairy free, thus no added butter or cream I hope) and a jacket potato and mushy peas. It was pretty good, but tbh if I didn't have to think about weight loss I'd have gone for the barbecue ribs, or even the home made fish cakes my friend had, and possibly enjoyed it more. Oh well, it's my fiver a week and my fat thighs that I have to think about :A

    I hope everyone's had a nice BHweekend
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

Sounds like you did very well at the Chinese, Fairyshazza! Prawn crackers and the like are always my downfall.

Been good today. I bought OH a Greggs donut this afternoon but I resisted having one myself even though I really wanted one.

L-Cous cous, sugarsnap peas, mini corn, Tbsp Hoummous (2.5 syns), LF Yogurt

D-Quorn Chilli, Rice, LF Cottage Cheese, Strawberries

S-Skinny Latte (HEA2), Fibre Plus Bar (HEB2), Apple

I've done another 5 km run today too.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but your mashed banana will cost you another 4 syns. It you mash, blend or puree fruit then it becomes synnable and an average banana is 4 syns. Why not just slice it in future.
