I did green all last week. I usually try and struggle to do a red day (is a struggle because I'm not a big meat eater); but love potato and pasta.

Have you seen this girl's blog; she always has plenty of scrapbooking goodies competitions down her sidebar. I've managed to win once.:D

Thanks Claire. What are the dairylea light triangles like?? I've always had the Laughing Cow lights; but fancy trying the dairylea ones.:D

I don't like the lcl, but I LOVE the Dairylea triangles. When I fancy something creamy I just nibble them straight out of the fridge (btw great news that we can now have 5!)

Who said she had yoghurt overload? My work colleague and I are now freezing 'em, take one into work and pop it into the communal freezer (carefully labelled as we have a thief somewhere among our wider colleagues  ) and take them out mid afternoon instead of going off in search of iced lollies ;) and they take ages to eat. She timed us today, half an hour! (we didn't actually do any work in that half hour :p ) Lovely. I've only used Muller Light so far but I'm really looking forward to trying the WW citrus ones.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

Just cook in salt (make a salt bed, lay pork on top, then cover completely in a salt blanket) My mum done it in spain a couple of times and it is fantastic!

Can you tell i like quark? lol

Quark is quite possibly one of the best things that i have ever been introduced to! Its soooo versatile! :D:D

I have just rejoined SW this week, weigh in day is Tuesday, last time I went I found it great but I lost the plot a while ago and stopped going to class etc etc etc. I have been introduced to extra easy and I can't believe how simple it is fits in so well with my crazy lifestyle.

I didn't do the shoping with SW in mind so next week should be even easier and I hope to lose a steady amount of weight each week watch this space!!
