I really like the shape zero ones, they've been the nicest ones I've tried. I also love the Onken FF plain yoghurt, but it comes in a huge 500ml tub so not really practical for eating on the go or taking with you. But I tend to buy whatever is on offer so this week its back to Muller lights as Asda had the 4 packs (choc/vanilla or strawberry) on offer for £1:D

I know what you mean about the onken ones - i am really liking the ff vanilla ones at the mo and normally polish one off during an evening!!!

Think i am having yogurt overload recently!:o

    250ml semi skimmed (A)
    lemon juice in hot water
    1 rasher lean bacon
    2 eggs -scrambled
    1/3 tin baked beans
    fresh pineapple -chopped
    banana -chopped
    apple -chopped
    natural yogurt
    beef and onion casserole (1)
    steamed potatoes
    broccoli
    cabbage
    peas
    cereal bar (B)
    creamy yogurt (8)

I had a big bowl of fruit n yogurt for lunch as Im always stuffypuddled after having a cooked brekkie :p
We are nipping shopping when hubby gets in from work -need a fruit n veg top up , and a few other odds n sods.
Im going to set the steamer off with the potatoes as we go out and then I can throw the veggies in to steam whilst I warm up the casserole and put the shopping away -nice n easy :D. I will have used up 9 syns -so i might see if I have room/need for anything else this evening to use a few extra -
Hope everyone has a good day :D-off to get on the wii ;)

Hi guys yesterday was a red day here:

    B: bacon and eggs
    L: roast beef salad
D: 2 x wholemeal rolls (HEB 1&2), packed with roast chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, 2 tbsp xl mayo (1 syn)
S: pineapple, curly wurly (6 syns), 2 x ryvita crackerbread (2 syns), 2 triangles diarylea light (from HEA)

I also noticed online last night that its now 5 diarylea light triangles as a HEA, rather than 4:D

Today is an EE day here as OH wants chicken curry for dinner:

B: 28g Weetabix minis honey & nut (HEB), unsweetened soya milk (1/2 HEA)
L: Stuffed peppers (they're the ones from Iceland that Whoopidoo posted-think they are 2.5 syns but need to double check)
D:Chicken, onion, mushroom, peas, rice & curry sauce (2.5 syns)
S: 6 mikado sticks (3 syns), mini milk (1.5 syns)

I've run out of fruit so need to pick some up. I'm thinking of getting some raspberries for a change, anything other than pineapple as I'm fed up looking at them after stocking up on the Mr T 50p offer:rotfl:

I love them, they are tastier that LCL imo and therefore you don't need to use as much in a roll etc which is why I prefer them. Asda have a box of 16 for £1.47 atm which I thought was quite good.

I do actually also like LCL but I think I sickened myself on them when I did WW:o

Ali theres a competitions board on MSE, here's the link to the thread. Loads of them are posted every day, so plenty to chose from:) I love entering too, its addictive and can be time consuming but I just do it for fun and consider anything I may win to be a bonus.
