Does anyone know the syn value for activia fat free peach yogurt? I looked online for all the flavours and it said every flavour apart from peach was free..... but no value for the peach one.........am i being blonde?
I have found these are nicer than the mullers but haven't seen any deals about yet..... only got them in the first place cause they were reduced to clear!
It says online that the peach one is half a syn for a 125g pot0 -
Well I weighed in Tuesday and had lost 2lb, which I was thrilled with.
Unfortunately I was then away overnight and today with friends and although I tried to stick to plan and count syns (and took loads of fruit with me) it wasn't easy - I certainly indulged in a few flexible wine syns
But I'm back on the wagon now and really focussed on losing again before next Tuesday :AI'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -
For anyone else that's addicted to Kelloggs Fibre Plus bars, Waitrose Deliver have them for £1 at the moment. Not sure if the offer is also instore as I haven't got one on my doorstep to check.
Thanks for all the Glastonbury food ideas, time to put myself a menu plan together I think!Mortgage: [STRIKE]08/13 £28,896.49[/STRIKE] 01/18 £00 -
Well done Aliscrapper for that weight loss, that's fantastic!! and thank you all for the welcome..
Realistically i'd like to lose 3 stone, however to be in my 'proper weight range' i'd need to lose another stone. I'm happy if i could get down to a certain weight and bloomin keep it there!
Red day all the way today i think - mixed grill here i come!:j
Hope everyone has a GREAT day..

Yesterday was
BF banana
L - 4 orig ryvita and dairylea light HEA HEB banana
T - jacket potato, gammon steak (no fat) beans, 8 mushrooms fried in butter, grilled tomato and 2 fried eggs, followed by fruit salad.
I was hoping to have a side salad with my meal but the restaurant we were in has no sign of salad on the menu whatsoever!! So my meal didn't fit with EE as I was hoping
Had lots of fruit last night but think I'm just going to write the day off as no idea of syns.
Going to a party on Sunday and my mummy no 2 has promised to make me some egg mayo sandwiches with Genius bread (otherwise I won't be able to eat anything cos of the wheat thing). So that will be another bad day diet wise :rotfl: Didn't go to WI yesterday as was out but am really hoping that when I go next week I will have lost at least a pound to get my stone awardSome people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0 -
morning! got 3 WW yoghurts to eat today - they went out of date yesterday and loathe to throw them out! so that's breakfast and my pud for lunch!! last day of being poor - payday tomorrow!
breakfast - 2 x WW yoghurts & fruit salad
lunch - big bowl of veggie soup & WW yoghurt
dinner - veggie curry w/rice (may change depending on the state of the veggies!)
think i may bite the bullet and go back to class next week. have got 1 stone to lose after losing 2 stone last year and even though i've been sticking to plan - just something obviously not there as i'm just maintaining. maybe a weekly scare at the weigh in is just what i need!
well done to everyone so far!!!

Does anyone know how many syns are in 2 tsp of peanut butter? It was a reduced fat one from Tesco.
Thanks girls x0 -
Morning all , I lost another 2 lbs last night,:j thats me 5lbs away from my target of 10st 3. I might move the goal posts once im there, id love to be under 10st but its taken ages and a lot of will power to get this far. My biggest aim is to keep it off. I was 7lbs away from target at xmas 08 then I just ate and ate and ate until I started again late last year and properly in Jan.

zippychick wrote: »just waned to let yous know, i was in poundland today and got some weightwatchers crisps - salt and vinegar hula hoops, 20g bags work out about 3.5 syns (and £1 for 6 bags so mega cheap!)
Got some quorn bacon today - the frozen stuff - on researching online, apparently 2 rashers are 1.5ish syns, whereas the chilled cabinet stuff is free? Wondered if anyone had it to compare nutritional vals ?
On this one it is per 2 rashers (or 37g)
cals 76
protien 4.5
carbs 1.1
fat 6.0
Also was toying with buying the tesco own quorn mince etc but the nutritional infor varied quite a lot and i would hate to bring it home to find it had syns. Anyone any experience or looked it up before? Thanks in advance if anyone can help
The tesco meatfree mince is:
Vegetarian Mince, frozen 100g - 1
Vegetarian Mince, frozen 100g raw - 3
Whereas:
Asda Meat Free, Mince, frozen 600g pack - FREE
The nutritional value comes out at 1.5 syns.
Hope this helps x0
