    The tesco meatfree mince is:
    Vegetarian Mince, frozen 100g - 1
    Vegetarian Mince, frozen 100g raw - 3

    Whereas:
Asda Meat Free, Mince, frozen 600g pack - FREE

The nutritional value comes out at 1.5 syns.

    Hope this helps x
That's so helpful - you are a complete star! :A:j

Silly question though - does that mean its 3 syns per 100g once cooked? :o Or does it mean you can buy different varieties?!

I take it to be 100g weighed after cooking is 1 syn and 100g weighed before cooking is 3 syns - i could be wrong, but that is how i see it

Well done Aliscrapper for that weight loss, that's fantastic!! and thank you all for the welcome..

Realistically i'd like to lose 3 stone, however to be in my 'proper weight range' i'd need to lose another stone. I'm happy if i could get down to a certain weight and bloomin keep it there!

Red day all the way today i think - mixed grill here i come!:j

Hope everyone has a GREAT day..

    Moo x

You'll get there Moo!:) Give yourself little targets like I want to lose 7 pounds in a certain amount of weeks. It seems more achievable that way to have interim targets.

I've got another 2 stone 8.5 pounds to lose; but as long as I lose or some weeks stay the same if I've had a big loss the week before then I'm happy!:D

For the yogurts. This thread is brilliant - I have it bookmarked along with the Quorn one ;)http://www.minimins.com/syn-values/121314-syn-free-yoghurts.html

Thanks Carmen - I think I buy muller light yogurts out of habit - would be good to try some new yogurts. good luck for weigh in.

Morning all , I lost another 2 lbs last night,:j thats me 5lbs away from my target of 10st 3. I might move the goal posts once im there, id love to be under 10st but its taken ages and a lot of will power to get this far. My biggest aim is to keep it off. I was 7lbs away from target at xmas 08 then I just ate and ate and ate until I started again late last year and properly in Jan.

Welcome to the new comers and welldone the losers. :T:T

Well done - that's brilliant to be that close to target!:T
