Hi guys, I've a few days worth of posts to catch up on and it seems you've all been busy nattering away:p Been feeling a little down and was so tempted to throw the diet up in the air at the weekend but managed to stay on track and drag myself to WI last night where I lost 3 lbs:j I also got my 1 stone award and joint slimmer of the week so was grinning like a cheshire cat all night:D:rotfl:

Will catch up with you all properly later x

Hi everyone :D I had weigh in last night and I lost 4.5 pounds :j I'm so chuffed as I was a bit naughty at the weekend :o I'm living off mullerlights at the moment, I was such a crisps and choccie person, so I've just replaced that with mullerlights instead !

I've been reading through the thread and the ideas and tips are all great, thank you :A

Does anyone know the syn value for activia fat free peach yogurt? I looked online for all the flavours and it said every flavour apart from peach was free..... but no value for the peach one.........am i being blonde?

I have found these are nicer than the mullers but haven't seen any deals about yet..... only got them in the first place cause they were reduced to clear!

All the fat free activia are free. [Din't like to say you were blonde but the clue was in the FAT FREE bit pmsl]

SORRY didn't mean to take the mick ;-)

Thanks so much for this recipe; I was at a loose end for lunch today so decided to make it & it's really quite lovely! Here's hoping I lose 3-5lb next week :D

Glad you like it - i have been having it with can potatoes in to bulk it out on a green day and have it with my heb worth of pagen krispbreads - last night i used my hea worth cheese on top of the krispbreads and dipped in - was absolutely lovely! Will be having more for dinner tonight!

I think i have been eating far too many yogurts recently! I had a ff activia yesterday, then a muller light and was peckish so polished off a whole tub of onken ff vanilla! I have already had 2 ff activias today! And there is another onken in the fridge crying out my name! Calcium overload! I suppose it is better than chocolate??? :o

I missed out on buying some more quark when i went shopping.....they were out of stock and were out of stock of ff cottage cheese aswell  sooooooo annoying! I want more cheesecake!!!

Lol - but some other fat free yog aren't free like the lemon cheesecake muller lights!!! and the one with cherry underlay!

I was just a little confused with why syns online excluded the peach one!

just waned to let yous know, i was in poundland today and got some weightwatchers crisps - salt and vinegar hula hoops, 20g bags work out about 3.5 syns (and £1 for 6 bags so mega cheap!)

Got some quorn bacon today - the frozen stuff - on researching online, apparently 2 rashers are 1.5ish syns, whereas the chilled cabinet stuff is free? Wondered if anyone had it to compare nutritional vals ?

On this one it is per 2 rashers (or 37g)
    cals 76
    protien 4.5
    carbs 1.1
    fat 6.0

Also was toying with buying the tesco own quorn mince etc but the nutritional infor varied quite a lot and i would hate to bring it home to find it had syns. Anyone any experience or looked it up before? Thanks in advance if anyone can help

Well I'm off to Glastonbury on the 22nd of June, camping out for 6 days; has anyone got any ideas of some food I can take down with me?

Obviously I'm going to be stocking on up Alpen Light bars to take, and last year we found stalls selling milk were readily available so I shall be carting Weetabix down with me, but it's more ideas for meals to cook over the camping stove. I've already brought my normal Dolmio express bolognese (7 1/2 syns! Gulp!) but I'm in need of some other options for SW friendly meals (anything to keep me away from the burger vans :D)
