Does anyone know how to syn fried eggs and mushrooms fried in butter please? I'm off out for tea tonight, the rest of the meal is EE friendly and will have 11 syns free so hopefully that will cover it?

i wasnt able to go last week so its a fortnight since i joined and was doing ok but went away for the weekend - the menu in the hotel was really poor for SW and i drank far too much - 2 days completely off plan and a third day food wise fine but too much wine
on my scales this has amounted to a 4lb gain :(:(

it would help to know how much butter your egg and mushrooms are fried in, Karen, as it's so many (not many really) syns per oz or per 10g. Could you be really precious and take a wad of kitchen roll with you and soak up all the excess off the egg and mushrooms - you could always say you have gallstones and they'll play up if you have butter :p. Then you could count it as 10g perhaps.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

your own scales aren't accurate Daisy so don't worry until you get onto the SW scales ... I bet you've lost at least a pound :)

I lost another 3lbs so its 9lbs in total in just 5 weeks.:j I won this weeks raffle ticket and came home with; family feasts for a fiver, low syn snacks 2010 and free branded foods 2010...and on top of that I came home with the fruit basket (the slimmer of the week wasn't there today so they raffled it out and the lady who won it didn't want it and gave it to me)
    Happy, happy, happy :D
