I don't eat nearly as much as I should and am hungry a lot - it doesn't do us any favours and I'm sure that's why my weight loss has been so slow so far :o

Just back from my WI and I'm a bit on a high....
I lost another 3lbs so its 9lbs in total in just 5 weeks.:j I won this weeks raffle ticket and came home with; family feasts for a fiver, low syn snacks 2010 and free branded foods 2010...and on top of that I came home with the fruit basket (the slimmer of the week wasn't there today so they raffled it out and the lady who won it didn't want it and gave it to me)
    Happy, happy, happy :D

OMG OMG OMG!!! Went into New Look today and bought myself a lovely fitting pair of size 12 cropped jeans :D:D Wasn't expecting them to fit atall but just thought I'd try - also bought another pair of 12's from a different store, which are wearable but don't fit quite so well, but they WILL fit better soon. I've been grinning all afternoon :D I LOVE slimming world hehe

fab news, Karen, WELL DONE!!!!!!!!!!! - and Takeiteazy and Greenpixie too! You clever girls!!!!

me, I've put a bit on. See my Avatar? well twice as much as that - 1 lb. And I've walked and danced too, so it's either muscle ;) or it's not enough syns ;) or it's ermmmmm iced lollies and chocolate :) Anyway, planning to get myself one of them there wii machines. Are they easy to set up, anyone done it without a man showing them how? I ask because I'm fab on the pc but my MP3 player and usb turntable sit around unused because I don't understand them.

Inazuma, I was only joking :D

and I agree with all the comments, Laura. I looked at your menu and thought it didn't look much to me, I'm glad everyone else has said so. Never be hungry, that's what fruit is for, or grab some raw vegetables if you get tired of fruit. And lots and lots of other food :D

hey blackberry-rum - yes the Wii really is easy to set up - even I can do it. Got to tell you though - you have to spend a LONG time on the Wii fit to burn off what you could be just going for a run. Mind you - the Wii is more fun;)

thanks for that Rupe - I'm up early fretting where that pound came from ... so might as well look online for a wiiiiiiii fit then - running from here has one big problem, I live halfway up a big hilll (small mountain) so which ever way I go to get to a flat bit there's always a long up- or down-hill bit at either the beginning or the end. if you see what I mean :o that's my excuse anyway. Just to the pub is a 15 minute downhill walk, drink sparkly water, then 20 minute haul back uphill :D. I could listen to the radio or something couldn't I, whilst I wiiiiiii? I'm off to shop!
