I stirred laughing cow cheese in to hm coleslaw with my dinner which was ok but the list says i'm supposed to have 5 triangles.!

Just a thought - do you like dairylea triangles? If so you could have 2 of the original triangles if you don't want to eat so many.

I don't like milk so my HEa is always 42gm cathedral city lighter which I have with my main meal - if I'm having chicken I melt it on top, or on top of my potatoes, on top of bolognese or in an omelette. As it is quite a lot it always feels very naughty but yummy :D

    Hi all

Nic - thanks for your suggestions from earlier - will stock up on fat free dromage frais and quark!

    Yesterday:

B - AllBran (heB) and skimmed milk from heA allowance

L- sweet poatoes chips (baked with Frylight) and salad

D - Brown rice stir fry wih lots of veggies, baked salmon fillet (3 syns for the sweet chilli sauce I used)
shape free with pie of frozen fruit

snacks - kellogs fibre bar (5 1/2 syns), fruit, dark chocolate (7 syns!)
ainsley harriott hot and sour cup a soup - 3 syns! and some more )

oops! I am getting used to the syns thing rather than ww points - a cup soup was zero points!!!

So a few syns over yesterday but didn't have much the day before and will limit them today so should be ok....

Haven't lost any weight yet (first WI Friday) but am feeling less bloated so that's nice.

Hope everyone has a virtous day! ;)

Loopyl, you don't have to make the yoghurt yourself, someone suggested that as a way of using milk ... have you tried making lassi from yoghurt, you can buy it in Indian restaurants and it's basically plain yog blended with water and spices; if you add sweetener it's called sweet lassi, without the sweetener it is "salty lassi". There's lots of recipes on the internet. It's a way of having a "milky" drink without drinking milk if you see what I mean. And very refreshing ice cold in this warm weather.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

mrsiwannabefree, if you haven't already I would highly recommend measuring yourself - I didn't and now I wish I had, because sometimes even if the weight doesn't seem to be shifting we're still shrinking :D

I measured myself on day 1, but haven't done it this week yet but I'll do it tonight and see if there's any difference :rotfl:

I'm the same, I sometimes look at syn values and think 'but it was so low on WW'!

Well done Nessie and good luck to Maz for tonight.

ON the HEA question, I usually have my milk allowance as a skinny latte or cappucino. I would never drink just as it comes, but I love my coffees so this suits me brilliantly. Since the weather's been hot I've been having an iced soya latte too, which is lovely and refreshing.

Hello, well done on all the losses everyone. Fantastic.

I have been struggling to eat my HEB this week....I have been having lots of free food, and a few days I have had a B and also 8-10 syns left before bed! Will this matter?

I have been 100% this week, except for this, and have also done my fitness DVD three tims and done lost of walking.
