ZZLazyDaisy: I automatically mealplan because I live alone, so I buy meat and vegetables for the week although I use them differently each day so i don't get too bored, and by Friday usually have a complete change, eg stirfry or pasta or something! Cant be messing around wasting time buying and cooking different stuff each day.
Mrsiwannabe: good SW-friendly potato salad recipe that tastes better than regular potato salad is to fry (frylight or spray) your cooked potato in a mix of spices, or a tandoori powder, and black pepper, until beginning to crisp, then toss it into fat free plain yoghurt when it has cooled. It's wonderful, and free!:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

I have really fallen off the wagon.
I am 4.5lbs above my target. Have to lose 1.5 by next week or will have to pay. Am away this weekend as well...
Also had a diff consultant today as ours is on holiday & she didn't have the password up so now I can't get on the site. I didn't get last weeks either...grrr.
Anyway I am back to writing down EVERYTHING that passes my lips & must stop picking at random bits cos all that adds up.

Can't you call them for the password? Any numbers you got from other people at group that you can contact?
If you can stand Scan Bran - i reccommend it - it has always given me losses and you could try the speed food challenge for the rest of the week so that the weekend doesn't hit too hard.
This week i have limited myself to about 5-8 syns a day just to get an extra 3lbs off to get to my 3.5st award (i think it may have worked as had a sneaky look at scales!)

The bread is 3 syns per slice and i think the marg is 1 syn for 1 tsp (low fat) so you are looking at 8 syns for the bread & marg (1 tsp marg per slice!)0 -

You've made me feel soo much better now i've read your post. I had been really disappointed this morning but coming on here with everyone telling me to stick with it has just made me more determined to do it!
Your post has also made me realise that not everyone loses loads of weight every week and that a loss even if it is just 1lb is still a loss!
Thanks and keep up the good work! :rotfl:
1lb off is better than 1lb on, as long as its coming off then thats all that counts0 -
