    Hi all,

I have WI tonight with a taster session - i have made the alpen cheesecake which was suggested - not sure how it tastes lol - the group will be my guinea pigs!
I had a sneaky peak at the scales this morning and looks like i might have lost 4lbs! but i'm trying not to set my hopes on it - i just need 3lbs for my 3.5st!!!
I have kept to SW 100% this week - although the cold i have doesn't help! (maybe it does?)
Have done mostly green days all week (with at least 1/3 plate of superfree) except from yesterday when i had:
1/2 melon and went for pub lunch! Had a mixed grill - which included a gammon steak (cut off the fat) beef steak which should have been done medium rare but came cremated! (cut of the fat) chicken breast (took off skin) 2 fried eggs (not sure how many syns!) small amount of baked beans, onion rings (gave to OH as they looked 2 greasy!) jacket potato (no butter) and 2 sausages (not sure of syn value)
OH looked gobsmacked as when food arrived i dabbed the whole plate with a serviette! But the amoung of fat which came off was unbelievable!
    - am i right to assume i was on a original day? with the beans and jacket being hebs?
I only had 1 cup coffee yesterday - so no other milk throughout the day - is this bad?

Fingers crossed for tonight and for all those going to weigh in x

I might be wrong but it could also be an EE day I think Nessie (someone correct me if I'm wrong) and the beans would have been free?

No your right it could of been EE which means you didnt actually have a HEB, dont worry it will balance up over the week and you should still get enough fibre and calcium.

That baked bean lasagne sounds yum. How do you make that? I feel a right pig posting what I've had each day. Yours takes 3 or 4 lines, mine takes half a page!! :P

The oat nibbles are 5.5 syns over all the plans.

And it's 1 syn per 8 olives over all the plans :) Hope that helps.

hello everyone, i've been lurking for so long as i've kind of taken the foot off the gas with SW over the past few months (to put it lightly) and need to start back again. i've been maintaining for ages now and it's really getting me down. i stopped going to meetings a few month ago but think i need a kick-start so may have to go back for motivation. :(:(

hope everyone is well and sorry for the depressing post! xx
