OMG today has been a challenge! Me and OH went to Southend for the day as the weather is AM-A-ZING and was surrounded by i*e c**am scoffing, f**h and c**p munching skinny people!!! Grrrrr! OH decided to buy the biggest fattest ice cream for himself whilst i had a solero (5syns). After lots and lots of walking around OH in his wisdom ate chips - i didn't have any due to over synning this whole week and to say i was ratty was an understatement! It was like being tortured.
I did tho, have a pub lunch where i had roast chicken, pots, veggies and a stuffing ball (3 syns according to my syn directory) i did pinch 2 battered prawns from OHs starter (yes the greedy so and so had a starter!!!) which are about 2 syns each i reckon.
I did over syn again today but not by as much as i would have done had i had F&C and the gigantic "thing" my OH consumed.
So my day consisted of
B - w/bix crunchy bran with chopped banana and milk (heb+hea)
S - Solero (5) pink and white (2.5)
L/D - Roast chicken (skin removed), veggies, Pots (i am sure were frozen ones!! so according to my FD are 1.5 syns per 100g frozen?? How i syn these i do not know! I ate 4 of them) along with 2 (i think frozen) honey parsnips - i had 2 of these and then the stuffing ball @ 3 syns. I had about 5-6 tbsp of v weak gravy and OH had my (frozen) yorkie pud...
OH had the big IC along with C AND battered prawns AND bbq bacon and cheese chicken thing with MORE C**PS!! He weighs 12 stone... i hate him lol.All hail to the sale!!!!!! :beer:

woohoo on the way to the pub I decided I'd have a treat as it was so far a syn free day and was going to have a C*****y f*ake then I noticed they had fruit pastille ice lollies and I was sure they were low syn, sure enough just found it on Minimins (sp) and they are 3 syns. I couldn't find them on the SW website, probably because I cannot remember who makes them
Then, after the lolly, I couldn't have red wine because it would have tasted horrible, so I had two big glasses of sparkling water

Well done Vickie!! It would have been so easy to have eaten off Plan!:T I came home last night to Other Half eating Pringles and chocolate!:eek::( And Other Half needs to gain weight - it is so unfair!:mad:0 -

It was tough! I still over synned tho which is annoying...:o
My OH weighed 14 stone bout 6 months ago, he hardly eats meals he binges on cake, crisps, chocolate, countless energy drinks and various glucose based energy stuff and has LOST 2 stone! He does do a physically demanding job so does get a lot of exercise...its still annoying tho! :mad: grrrrrrAll hail to the sale!!!!!! :beer:

Food today [calling it EE even if its not quite right]
B - weetabix [b + 3.5 syns] milk [a] coffee
L/T - was a massive meal so don't want tea. Chicken , lettuce, tomato, cucumber, spring onion, boiled egg, new potatoes, beans, tablespoon of pasta, babybel [2 syns], HM mayo [6 syns], ff vinegarette. I have a square plate so more than half was super free foods i.e salad stuff with small portions of everything else
Snacks - pineapple + muller [sort of for my tea]
Syns - 11.5
I normally have green meals and EE on a Sunday so if I haven't done it quite right I'm hoping 1 meal won't affect me that much.Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
