    well done, Vixie!

I don't buy nuts now because I know if I have them I will eat them ALL. A few weeks ago I had a chilli yearning when I was in the town centre, and nipped into the "health (!) food shop" and bought a bag of chilli nuts - well, I'd eaten half by the time I got to a computer to check the syns, and it wasn't worth saving the rest then I decided. Oh I can be a piggy I can tell you! Mostly I just don't confess. But I do usually keep my syns pretty low so the odd blow out doesn't do too much harm. And as said above, they are so enjoyable :):):)
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

    Hi again all

Can someone look at my food for the day and tell me if I'm on the right track?
    2 cups tea

    skimmed milk (heA)
breakfast - 3 eggs scrambled, portion wafer thin ham (big portion!)

lunch - 2 slices toast (heB), baked beans

snack - Kellog's fibre bar (don't know how many syns?), grapes, mini babybel (3.5 syns)

dinner - baked potato, huge salad with fat free dressing, tuna and sweetcorn mixed with 2 tablespoons light salad cream (2 syns) (potato coated in olive oil pre-baking - 2 syns)

shape fat free yoghurt with strawberries

175ml white wine mixed with mineral water

Am stuffed! And resisting more wine :o

Found that I was getting peckish around dc's dinner time, picked on the grapes (rather than my usual crisps)

I'm finding it weird not counting points or calories and still can't work how how this will actually work!

Does my day look ok? Any hints?

hi that all look pretty good. The only thing is you may have gone over slightly with your syns depending on how many the Cereal bar is. Most of them are 3-6 syns, I would check but im just heading for a shower. so far your syns are 13 before the cereal bar. Thats not too bad at all, you can always take any that you go over by off the next days allowance.

Also instead of using lots of salad cream a good tip is to mix a little salad cream or mayo with fat free fromage frais, you dont taste it but it makes everything go further for less syns.

im the same, i love nuts but my weakness is the Penn State sweet & Spicy Pretzels, I get cravings for them. But ive also had the habit of hiding the evidence or not confessing and I actually start to believe it myself.

    Well done Vickie!:T

I'm pretty chuffed with myself. Yesterday I went to an all day crafting event and the lady opposite me and her husband sat and eat a pizza :( and pizza is the one food I struggle to go without and I sat there and eat my Quorn Sausage sandwich and pineapple! I rewarded myself last night with a little Milky Way which I checked on the SW website and was only 5 syns!:D

cammysmum - I'll look the cereal bar up for you. I need the nutritional information per 100g and how much the bar weighs.
