Slimming World - Extra Easy weight loss!!

Good evening all
Can I join in please ? I need all the help you can give me ! :rotfl:
I started sw on Tuesday, I've got more than I care to admit to loseI have lost about 4/5 stones over the past 2 years with weightwatchers and going to the gym etc. But I found with ww it was getting harder to stick to and I was just eating rubbish, as I would point it, then end up starving
I did sw for a bit after I had my daughters and I lost weight on that, so hoping to again.
Trying to be more healthy and go for walks and stuff too, I've been for three this week, and I usually drive everywhere.
I'm doing easy extra as I find that the best, I can have meat and pasta etc, I am prone to very low levels of iron and b12, so I need a bit of meat in my life
Anyway I will stop waffling now !Little Miss Sparkles :A

Hi De1amo, this thread might be more helpful for you
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2431647
The people on there are losing weight by counting calories. The first post takes you to a site which helps you to set your target calories, and you can also input your daily calorie intake and record your weight loss over time.
Hope this helps

Oh I'm so chuffed just had to share - I'm sat here in pair of trousers that I haven't been able to wear for four years and I do believe they fit me better now than they did then!! It's strange though because I don't feel as 'small' as I did back then - I keep looking at myself in the mirror (:D) and trying to tell myself I must be that size again if I can wear them lol
EE day today
bf - oatso simple (HEb) and banana
lunch - 3 pears and a banana - didn't fancy anything else
tea - pasta bolognese with 42g cathedral city lighter on top (HEa) and lots of salad and cottage cheese with onion and chives
supper will be 2 slices of fresh pineapple as usual and when I go chippy in a bit for my sons tea I might pop into Tesco and see if they have some strawberries - feel like treating myselfSome people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0 -

WOW! Well done on losing 4/5 stones!!
I started last Tuesday too! Am dreading my first weigh-in as I deliberately haven't stepped on the scales, so no idea if I have lost or gained so far.
I am sure that I would lose more if I was more active - I lead a very sedentary life (actually horizontal a lot of the time) due to illness. I am just under 12 stone and in an ideal world I'd like to lose 1.5 stones, but i'd be delighted if I could get under 11st.I'm a retired employment solicitor. Thanks DaisyI can't actually believe it myself, when I look at pics of me I can't believe how I used to be
Sorry to hear about your illnessbut I always think if the weight comes off slowly then you're more likely to keep it off :T A friend of mine would lose 5 and 6 pounds a week and she would pile it back on so quickly, she went on holiday for 5 days, didn't stick to the diet at all, and put on ten pounds !!!
Good luck for Tuesday, we can do it :TLittle Miss Sparkles :A

How did the charity walk go?
I reckon you've burned off some of your peanut syns with that 4 mile power walk
The charity walk went really well thank youIt was great fun! It was hot but the breeze was lovely. I felt fabulous after, really rejuvenated and felt like i had achieved something
I think the fact i've lost 2.5stone really made a difference as when i done it in 2008 i was exhausted after and struggled throughout! All hail to the sale!!!!!!
