I don't think you are eating enough...well I know I would be hungry if that was my menu for the day, at least I wouldn't cope well with just 2 bacon and an egg for breakfast.0 -

Today i've had: (Red day)
Breakfast:2 slices bacon and scrambled egg (1 egg) Milk HEA
Snack: Cookie (3.5)
Snack:1/2 Banana (other half was too brown for my liking)
Dinner: 2 slices of ham and a bowl of strawberries & mango
Snack: Apple & Freddie (5)
Drinks: 2 Cups of tea, 2 glasses of water
Having spag bol for tea with pasta as HEB and cheese other HEA there will be a couple of syns with tom puree and then I will be left with a second HEB which I might double my pasta of have weetabix and yogurt.
Going to have some more mango now to snack and have a free yogurt which i might have.

No - you are not eating enough! No wonder you are hungry, most people would be starving if that is all they ate. You can have so much more than that to eat on SW and there is no reason to go hungry. Most importantly of all you are compromising your weight loss by eating so little. It just doesn't work that way! When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
thanks for the replies! i've finished my mango and had a yogurt but i will have to wait till i get home for anymore. going to fill up on bolognaise!0

Todays a bit of a right off for me
Started off well food wise and cleaned my nan's house for an hour at a good pace, then it all went horribly wrong. In town I had a large sausage roll & now I've just had a cheese and pickle sandwhich and a cereal bar! I don't know why I do it! I am starting to realise though that I get the urge to snack at around 4 o clock, not sure why though. I Am going to have to start taking lo to park around that time or even just go for a walk for half an hour.
Think I'm going to forget the syns I've had for today. I know if I look and see how high they are I'll carry on eating the wrong things because I'll think I've blown it anyway.0 -

Laura, SO not enough. I feel hungry just reading your listHave a look back through the posts and you can see how much everyone eats. I feel like I never stop eating all day. So much more you can eat
Today I had two breakfasts. A fat free yogurt and apple when I got up at 6.30ish as was peckish and then around 9.30ish I was scoffing porridge in Mcdonalds with a fruit bag and a coffee. You shouldn't be hungry on this plan. We are all here to help though
:staradminHuuuuuuge thank you hugs to all posters:staradmin0 -
Cheeseaddict - can you stock up on fruit and yogurts to snack on? I usually get the nibblies round that time too and have a yogurt and an apple or a banana or pineapple
Thanks zippy, I reckon that sounds about right with the oatso - I'll do that.:staradminHuuuuuuge thank you hugs to all posters:staradmin0 -

If I don't want to use all my HEB I sometimes use one slice of a 400g whole meal loaf as half a healthy extra, which leaves half HEB for something else (usually one weetabix for me)
Don't think Consultant would agree with you doing this, am sure you aren't supposed to split HEs in that way but hey I may be wrong.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

it was discussed not long before she went on hols - i think she said some people got very crafty with it which lead to no losses, but as far as i know the site said it was ok to do this? I would probably get too confused, so just try to use as they are
By the way, i never did understand what that meant by people being crafty?(like, how?!)
A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men

OMG OMG OMG!!! Went into New Look today and bought myself a lovely fitting pair of size 12 cropped jeans:D Wasn't expecting them to fit atall but just thought I'd try - also bought another pair of 12's from a different store, which are wearable but don't fit quite so well, but they WILL fit better soon. I've been grinning all afternoon
I LOVE slimming world hehe

Yorkshire Laura - I don't think you're eating nearly enough. There are loads of free foods you should be filling up with. No wonder you're hungry. Hopefully someone else will be able to give you a bit more advice, but I just def don't think that's enough food!0
