Seems alot for breakfast!! What do you have on your toast that's free or very few syns?
Thank u x
I have Heinz Sandwich Spread light (1 syn per tablespoon), Streamline Reduced Sugar Thin Cut Orange Marmalade (0.5 syn per teaspoon) or laughing cow lights ( 5 for an "a choice)0 -
I had a sore throat yesterday and picked up some Tunes Strawberry Menthol Sugar Free drops in a small cardboard packet. They were quite pleasant and I've just put them thru the syn calculator and they are 4.5 syns per box.:D I think I would eat them either when I didn't have a sore throat as they were really nice and didn't taste of anything medicine like at all!:D0

I have a tuna sandwich spread made from can of tuna, some quark, free plain yog, and lots of chopped spring onions, tomatoes and cucumber all whizzed together till it is blended but still a bit lumpy.
Free on EE and original
It might not be everyone's idea of a yummy breakfast, but I like it :-)I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -

The activia ones are nice - they are creamier and more naughty tasting than mullers! Think they are around the same price range aswell.
I might try the weight watchers yogurts next.....any recommendations from anyone?0 -

I really like the shape zero ones, they've been the nicest ones I've tried. I also love the Onken FF plain yoghurt, but it comes in a huge 500ml tub so not really practical for eating on the go or taking with you. But I tend to buy whatever is on offer so this week its back to Muller lights as Asda had the 4 packs (choc/vanilla or strawberry) on offer for £1:D:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -
