Slimming World - Extra Easy weight loss!!

The killer for me is the evening munchies. I fell off the wagon yesterday evening (not a great start for a first day
) But I had spent ages in the kitchen cooking and then couldn't face eating so picked. All wrong I know.
But today is another day, I am much more prepared and am just about to go to the shop and fill up with basics (which I will normally do on Tuesday straight after class).
So any suggestions for low syn evening munchies will be really welcome!
Thanks!

Thank you all so much for your helpful advice. I was getting so despondant in my pursuit for my wedding undies; but put a massive grin on my face knowing that you all know where I'm coming from. Thanks!
MrsMCawber - I hate bra shopping too for the same reason!
I did see some beautiful bra's on Bravissimo but unfortunately we don't have a local shop. Mum is going to take me to another Debenhams next week that a few months' back had loads of gorgeous Fantasie bras and Fantasie usually fit me well.
Would prefer to try it on rather than buy it on-line; but buying on-line is definitely an option when I've exhausted all the shops locally. Am certainly doing my fair share of body magic at the moment!:rotfl:0 -

Weighed myself this morning and have lost 1lb - ok, not earth shattering, but am quite pleased as I find it really hard to lose anything normally with medication I am on etc and the fact that I dont have as much to lose as I did when I first lost 5 stone. So, the way I am looking at it is that if I can eat the way I have the past week and lose a pound then I am onto a winner!! I have eaten so much more and feel that I am not denying myself huge food groups anymore and havent felt deprived, so I think that is half the battle tbh.
I would love to lose 5lb in a week, but realistically I dont think I will as I have dieted for so long, there is not the "shock" weight loss I had when I was alot bigger and had never dieted before, and even though at a pound a week the weight loss would be slow, I would rather do it slowly and be happy at the same time than starving and lose it all and put it all back on within the space of a month!
So, feeling quite positive really! Fingers crossed it carries on!
Have a good day everyone xx
Well done!:T
I'm on medication too which makes losing weight hard too.:(
You've given me food for thought - thank you - I've lost a lot of weight and maybe it is slowing up for me too.0 -
Morning everyone
Today is another Green Day, I find it much better for me than EE as I tend to feel quite bloated and sluggish on EE.
Todays Meals:
B - Beans on Toast(HEb)
L - Salad -plain, Tomato & Herb Mugshot
D - Chicken(HEb) Stirfry with Rice or Noodles
HEa - 250 ml Semi Skinned Milk.
Drinks - Tea, Water.
Snacks - Banana, Apples, Mullerlight Yogs.
Syns - Sugar in my tea 1tsp = 1 Syn.
I am going to try to do some time on the Wii but have a poorly leg at the moment so will take it easy. And I will walk the dog for a bit longer today, she will love that!! lol0 -

I know that most weeks I follow the plan to the letter and I don't lose weight. So then I tweak the plan for a bit and don't lose weight, then I go right off plan - and don't lose weight!
I reckon in the last year I have lost and gained the same few pounds over and over again but slowly putting on more than I am losing, hence the overall gain.
My GP put me on Xenical which is the prescription strength version of alli. I have been on them for 3 months - not lost weight! I rarely eat fat so they don't work for me. I have tried EE and tried going back to red and green days but with the same non results.
Just fed up and sorry for myself I guess:(
Big (hugs). My doctor put me on Xenical years' ago and unfortunately all it did for me is had me running for the toilet to the point I couldn't go out!:(
When I was gaining for no reason; my Consultant (with a bit of a push from me) put my food diarys forward to the Area Manager to see whether she could work out what was going on with me gaining weight when I was on the Plan. I rang up Slimming World at the time and asked what the protocol was when my Consultant could not work out what was going on and they said that she should be asking the Area Consultant to get involved.0 -

Try Rigby & Peller if you can get to one, they're excellent......they didn't even measure me just looked and new exactly what bra size I was, fantastic service and beautiful underwear0 -
I'm having a lunch dilema today......got up too late to make lunch and the nearest place to the office is Sainsburys......any ideas on what I could get as I'm really not in the mood just for a plain salad today!
Thanks0 -

I love the Mug Shot - Tomato & Herb which is free on a green day. The creamy cheese Mug Shot is really nice too and is 1 syn. So easy to do just add hot water and leave and so filling!:D0 -

Are mug shots soups?0 -
Mrsiwannabefree - What day are you on today??
Do they have a Deli? Could get some cold meats off there and have with a salad or get some ryvita's and free Very Low Fat Cottage cheese if you havent had your HEb - 4 Dark Rye are 1 HEb choice or they are 1.5 syns each. Another thing I like is Seafood Sticks with salad.
Umm, what about if they have a hot chicken counter getting a cooked chicken drumstick and taking the skin off and having that with something?
Cant think of anything else at the moment!! xWealth can be measured in many ways...not all of them by pence and pounds.;) :happylove0
