Oh yes Karen, mullers are free (except the layers one, the cherry chocolate one is 2 syns, the lemon cheesecake special additions one is 1 syn.

All fat free yoghurts are free, so that included weightwatcher ones, large onken fat free ones (my favourite) and the big supermarkets do a fake muller type one too.

PS fat free yoghurts are the ones with around 50-60 cals per 100 ml and about 0.5g fat. NOT the low fat ones, they are synned.

Marion, maybe you just need to stop 'dieting' for the moment and just eat healthily for a while, you just sound totally fed up with it all. I do sympathise, sometimes I get up and just think 'what am I going to eat today?' - bored with it all. (Btw, this smiley says group hug, but if you click on it, it comes up with 'threesome'!)

I wandered into La Senza last week as I was at a bit of a bra cross roads and ended up being measured as a 36DD, which I am sure is wrong, I reckon I'm a B or a C if being very generous and acording to previous fittings elsewhere. Anyway they have quite nice undies but I think I probably spent too much in one shop when I hadn't had anything from there before, but I am fully bra-ed up now!

I was just reading this about Mugshots and thinking I might get some, but now we have an anti mugshot section too!!

Regarding EE, i feel that if the 1/3 superfree foods rule is kept and snacking in with these superfree foods, then it works. I must admit i do not use it everyday as i prefer green days unless i have to cook for me and OH or when i have a takeaway when i use it.

Regarding bras and sizes - i remember when i first got measured - i originally thought i was a 38B but then got told i was a 36E!!! Now after weigh gain and growing up i am (i believe) a 38G but i reckon if i went to get measured again i would be totally different!!!
I used to spend a fortune on bras, about £30 each, but because of the weight loss i find asda perfectly ok at £5-6 each - i think they go up to a 40 (poss 42) G which in my opinion is brilliant because Tesco only go up to a DD cup unless it is an ugly bra!!! lol
As long as you try on the bra before you buy it and it fits well to you - i think it is fine!

Thanks for that, I think you are right. I will try the healthy eating thing for a while and just tell myself I am not on a diet - just eating healthy. Funny how it is, when you have permission to eat the naughty stuff you really don't want it as much!

Iron tablets won't stop you losing weight although you may find they constipate you a little. Drink lots of water and eat your fruit & veg and you should be ok. (expect your poos to be very dark coloured!)

I've just got back from weigh in and have gained the 1.5 pound last week I lost!!:( My Slimming World Consultant just turned round to me and said "well it's happend to you before".

Was really gutted and thought that my Consultant may offer some support. I've thought that for a long time unless you are a new member our Consultant is just not interesting in supporting people who have been loyal to her for a long time. Have looked on the Slimming World website and found another group that meets on a Wednesday night - so going to give that a go!

I've been buying bra's from Marks & Spencer but Asda is even cheaper. Will definitely have to look in Asda next time I need a bra. Thanks!
