:(Ive been a disgrace - I had one week of behaving myself and work has gone really busy and stressful and I have fallen off the wagon - I can be good all day then it gets to 8pm and I have a couple of beers and a takeaway - I know I need the motivation to do it but I am just being a right lazy c*w and not - despite the fact that none of my clothes fit and I really want to lose 2 stone - Im glad to hear you are all doing so well!! Well done! HELP!0

For anyone like me that uses semi-skimmed milk & is guilty of not measuring it out properly as a HE, I've discovered today that Morrisons sell 250ml bottles of milk! So that's me sorted now, every day I'm going to fill the bottle up & then I'll know how much I'm using. I find Weetabix always soaks it up so combined with the copious amounts of tea I drink I've probably been using far too much.Mortgage: [STRIKE]08/13 £28,896.49[/STRIKE] 01/18 £00

Ye, I think that's a common problem, Mrs M. Once you've done it, the challenge is gone and you feel a bit 'What now...?' Also, all the praise of 'Yippee, you've done it!' kind of stops.
So YIPPEE you are still doing it!!!
Out of interest, what are you doing to maintain, I mean did you add some syns or HEs?
Thank you Inazuma!
You're supposed to just have an extra HEb.
I was back on plan today & I have my menus for the next 3 days.
My friend went to her group tonight & picked me up the new mag so I'm going to look through that.

Hi all
I just found this board and wanted to introduce myself, and also ask a couple of questions. My names Deb, and i live in Perthshire, im a stay at home mum and carer for my husband who is disabled, due to our youngest daughter having cancer (in remission) , and my husbands disabilities i have put on a LOT of weight, i have gone from a lovely size 12 to a size 24, i feel very depressed with myself and have lost all confidence and seem to have got in a rut of not caring about myself at all. So i have decided to join slimming world next week, and take a step in the right direction, i have read so many good things about the diet being easy, and i need something that doesnt need much concentration as my life is so hectic between hospital visits etc. My question is what do you think are the essential foods needed on the diet, as my group isnt till tuesday but i have to do my shop on saturday, is there anything that you would definately recommend i get? As we are on benefits we get paid fortnightly so it will be a long time before i have enough to do another shop. Also the 9.95 membership is that including the first nights meeting or do i have to take that with me. All advice will be greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards
Debbie0
