Ali where do I find the cajun shots in the supermarket. You've got me wanting to try them now :P

Once tried you will never have Slimming World chips without them :D - I tend to bulk buy them as other people seem to like them too!:rotfl:

They tend to put them all over the place - I've often been in the supermarket wandering all over the place trying to find them!:rotfl:

They're not usually with all the other spices and are in very small packets; usually on a stand with all the other pre-made up packets for things like spaghetti bolognese sauce, etc. In Morrisons and Asda there on the end of the aisle that has the yogurts on it. HTH

I googled them and they appear to be made by "The Good Carb Food Company" but the syn on-line did not recognise "Mapletons Fru-Grains":( Have you got the nutritional info?? Forgot to say have they got anything in them which would be free food?? As the syn calculator on the Slimming World website asks you this first.

Thanks for looking aliscrapper - much appreciated!!

I COULD say it should be free because its fruit :rotfl:

Morning all :D well done on the losses folks :T

So, how's everyone diddling then? -hope we are all well... I have got up feeling ridiculously full of life and optomistic :j....even though its * week Im feeling bloomin marvelous :j
I have racked up 20mins on the wii doing step and some obstacle course thingy -oh and ski jumping -but mainly step ;) -I think Im becoming addicted :p

My EE meal plan for today is:-
    • 250ml semi skimmed (A)
    • lemon in warm water
    • apple
    • banana
    • natural yogurt
    • potato/veg salad I made yesterday (0.5syn)
    • seafood sticks
    • beetroot
    • gherkin
    • grapefruit
    • jacket potato
    • salad
    • cottage cheese
    • fruit
I did hubby bacon, scrambled egg and beans when he popped back in from PT -but I didn't fancy it  -so I had chopped apple n banana with the natural yogurt on -it was scrummy :T. Its a nice simple jacket for tea -don't want to have too many rich dishes in a row ;)
I need to fit in my healthyB -so I will try and get a cereal bar in -or perhaps a couple of ryvitas. I need to get some syns used too -so I will see if I have room/need for anything this evening....
I will post that szechuan recipe later when I have had my lunch ..
    Have a great day folk....

Yes I wish Tesco's or Sainsburys had similar ones as the Morrisons ones are so hard to get hold of (probably because a lot of Slimming World members buy them!:rotfl:) Altho the Morrisons ones do freeze luckily!:D

It's actually a breakfast cereal - looks like a pile of twigs! :rotfl:

I usually have 30g but the figures I quoted were per 100g.

    Thanks again!
