It's actually a breakfast cereal - looks like a pile of twigs! :rotfl:

I usually have 30g but the figures I quoted were per 100g.

    Thanks again!

Woo-hoo!! Found the Syns calculator on the website - how did I miss that??? :o

    4.5 Syns per 30g serving

    That's a lot less than I thought!

That's okay.:) You put in the values per 100g and then it asks you how big your serving is and works it out from there.

It is 4.5 syns on all Plans for a 30g serving. I was really surprised I thought it would be lower than that or even syn free!:(

daisy I work it out as 14.5 syns for 100g and 17.5 for 125g:( I'm not sure if I've worked it out right though so hopefully someone else will double check. Thats with no free food allowance though, can you do that with sausages?

daisy are they pork sausages by any chance. If I select pork as the free food allowance then it works out as 11.5 syns per 100g. Wait for someone else to confirm that though as I'm not really used to using the syns calculator.

    Hello all.

Can't get my head round being at target. It's as if psycologically I feel I no longer need to "diet".

Of course SW isn't a diet.

So from today I've written in advance my menu. I've done till Friday in my book.

    Today

B: scrambled egg, mushrooms & beans

    Snack: FF plain yogurt

L: Baked potato with vlf cottage cheese, salad & quorn fajita strips

    Snack: 2x ryvita(B), 42g lf cheddar)A), an apple

    D: Spicy rice & egg

    Snack: 2x fruit ryvita(B).

    Hi all,

Not to happy today, only lost 1/2lb last night, but i suppose it is better than a gain, but still disappointed, i followed SW 100% last week - but i didn't exercise as much - could that be the reason why?

Today (and until thurs (payday)) will be green
    B - 1 x weeabix (1/2 heb) with banana & milk from allowance
L - left over HM egg fried rice & vege chow mein
D - might have mushy pea curry or my speed soup! Or omelette & SW chips
S - carrots with garlic quark dip, 4 x scan bran (1/2 heb) with white choco quark (2.5)

Need to have another heb - might be pagen crispbread with soup or 2 x alpen light (Brought out tesco last night as they are £1 a box!)
I will try not to have many syns this week - trying to use as many speed foods as poss

Will soak some lentils & beans tonight ready for me to use them tomorrow - not sure what to make with them yet! lol - Any ideas?

mrsmortenharket - if you are at target can't you have more hebs? also, what about syns? please correct me if i am wrong!
