I have more notebooks than WH Smiths so I'm sure I can find something appropriate to use. I thought I'd buy a journal at my class but they don't seem to do one.
It's just three types of beans (kidney beans, canellini beans, baked beans - whatever you fancy really), chopped onion, pasatta and chilli powder.
I have it as part of a meal usually over a jacket potato or over slimming world chips made with Schwartz Cajun Shotz. I love having my 2 oz of cheese melted over it as it tastes like something you probably shouldn't be eating!:)0 -
Ooh thanks, sounds nom! I must check out these Schwartz Shotz that people talk of....are they all free?:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0

MrsM - wow what a weight loss, especially 4 weeks in. I'd have fallen off the scales in shock:rotfl: Well done you:T
mrsiwannabefree - welcome to the thread.
aliscrapper - reading your food diaries has just reminded me to add coco rocks bars to my shopping list:D
daisy/consultant - interesting info on the chicken stock. I hadn't even considered it could be free but it makes sense thinking about it. Really fancy chicken now after reading that so thats another item on the shopping list.
blackberryrum - thanks for the sauce recipe. I've some quark to use up as I never got round to using it at the weekend.
rotherham lass & sashanut - well done on your losses:T:T
whoopido - you don't have to have 1/3 superfree with your meals on green but doing so will benefit you and your weight loss rather than hinder you. Also your syns sound fine to me:)
rainbowfizz - That was only a teeny tiny gain anyway:p Sounds like a good attitude to have towards your holiday - hope you have a fab time.
traceya89 - I know zippy has already linked to the thread on here but I also find this forum on minimins useful for recipe ideas along with this blog here. I have loads of recipes bookmarked that I've been too lazy to try out though, so have decided to try and make something new at least once a week from now on.
Oh and on the subject of smoked paprika I saw some in Asda today, just their own brand one in among all the spices.:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -

Sorry, it was another programme that is repeated on Tuesday morning,
got mixed up ... might be repeated at some other time though?Grant me the serenity to accept the people I cannot change, the courage to change the one I can and the wisdom to know it's me"0 -

You'll able to watch it on iplayer for the next 7 days. I actually thought it was a documentary from reading all your posts earlier:o:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -
Hi
Sorry to barge in on you all, could someone please let me know how many syns are in the big round snack a jacks....mainly the new BBQ flavour, but also the other flavours would be great too:)
Many Thanks

Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -
food diaries - I have a notebook and make 3 colums [syns, hex, free], 7 rows and write EVERYTHING I eat in the spaces provided. I also circle the amount of syns at the end of each day so I can instantly see how many I have over the week. Works for me :T
Food today
B - weetabix [bs] milk [a] coffee
L - mugshot, babybel [a], cherry toms, muller, maccoys [8 syns]
T - sw chips, egg, beans, tom sauce [1 syn]
Snacks - banana, pineapple covered in orange n choc muller yum
Syns - 9
Also managed to drink most of my bottle of water during day and finished it when I got home :jIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
