What channel was Boy George on? Might have to see if I can catch it online - you've all got me curious now :D

It was on BBC2 and is repeated in the early hours of Tuesday morning, was 1.5hrs long. I've not watched it yet but recorded it to watch later.

Hmmm, I find it really hard to keep track of my food now I don't get the little food diaries now. I think I need to photocopy one, or create my own and print it out. Online's all well and good but I think I'm someone who needs to write as I bite!

Anyway, today's Green Day looks like this:

    B-Banana, 2 x Wholemeal Toast from 400g Loaf (HEB1), 2 x Tsp Jam (1 syn)

    L-Wholegrain Pasta n Sauce (1 syn), Pineapple

D-Mushy Pea Curry, Rice, Mango Chutney (2 syns), Strawberries with 20g Melted Green & Blacks Chocolate (5 syns)

S- Skinny Latte (HEA1), Fruit Salad, Fibre Plus Bar (HEB2), Sip of Frappucino (2 syns)

=11 syns, may add in an Options for 2 syns as well but to be honest only had a slurp of Frappucino so probably wasn't actually 2 syns for that!

Today is WI day! Annoying because i don't like to wait until 6pm to WI! Still starving myself throughout the day - which i know i shouldn't do - but did manage brekkie (albeit at 10.30am!)
Yesterday i was pleased with myself, went to cinema for first time in ages and took with me to snack - cooked quorn pieces in a schwartz shotz - 10 choco eclairs (1 syn each) and 3 alpen light bars - from my heb as yesterday was a green day - and was amazed because i didn't even eat all the eclairs! Was well chuffed with myself as i would have usually had popcorn & big bag sweets to myself (in my 'fat' days).
Think i have had a fairly good week this week - only need 3.5lbs for my 3 1/2 stone award!
Think i will stick to original or green days from now on - but keep the principal of the 1/3 plate of superfree - i prefer to have more heb's and sometimes the hea's comes in handy!

Fingers crossed - hope everyone has a good week - will let you know the result tomorrow!

I have a little notebook which fits in my handbag that I can then carry everywhere with me.

I have no excuse for writing things down then :)
    Start weight - 13st 6lbs
    First goal weight - 11st 13lbs

    Current weight - 12st 6lbs

Had a good weigh in today and lost 1.5 lbs! Then went with a group of friends to the local Chinese Buffet where I am sure I probably put it all back on again!! It really was great though and I have a full 7 days to pull it back on track:p

Just had a quick scan through posts, will catch up properly later. Re the free food debate I would eat the sliced ham and count it as free (on red/ee), no way would I syn it. Snacking on superfree may be preferable but don't feel bad about snacking on free food as well as SW allow it so you're not doing anything wrong. I still don't understand the chickpea thing, they're not my thing but if I liked them I would have them and count them as free. My OH is following SW and tends to eat more regularly during the day rather than the 3 strict mealtimes as he feels its better for his metabolism and therefore his weight loss. On red/ee he would snack on chicken/ham etc throughout the day and it hasn't hindered his weight loss in any way:cool:

gisi I find writing everything down helps me keep track as well. I ran out of food diaries and forgot to get some at class last week so I use a small notebook now as well to keep track of what I eat every day. I just write it down by meal, as I find the food diary layout confusing, but if you liked it you could just create a similar layout in a notebook as well?

zippy, I love fairy cakes. If it were me I would treat myself to one, hopefully it would be well worth the syns.

retired lady well done on your loss:j I'm drooling at the thought of a chinese buffet:rotfl:I treat myself every Tues night after WI(rebel moi?:D) and being good the rest of the week has always allowed me to still lose on the scales. I know its not for everyone but it keeps me focused the rest of the week and if it takes me longer to get to target then so be it.

Shall post todays food diary while I remember:
B: Scrambled eggs, Iced non fat latte (HEA1)
L: wholemeal roll (HEB1), diarylea light triangles (HEA2), lettuce, tomato, spring onions, pepper, cucumber, fruit salad
S:Fibre Plus Bar (HEB), green tea, strawberries
D: SW chips, eggs, beans, mushrooms, 6 quorn dippers (3 syns)

Will probably have 4 dark choc mikado sticks (2 syns) with some tea after dinner as well:) Working backwards so will catch up on the weekends posts later x
