    Evening everyone...
Well done on the loses folks :T and pinkies crossed for those tootling off for their weigh in..

Well I have been organised today and have allready made a "luxury potato/vegetable salad" -made just enough for hubbies lunch at work and a small amount for my lunch tomorrow too ;) and only 1syn in the whole thing :p

oooohh we have just had dinner the SW stifado was gorgeous and I did mashed potoes and whalloped in herb quark, roasted garlic and spring onions and did steamed broccoli and carrots all for 1.5syn :j..... there is half of the stew in the fridge (it would be in the freezer IF I could fit it in either ):o
I won't be needing my extra milk -so Im down to having used just 1.5 syns -so I may throw caution to the wind later and have an 8syn yogurt :rotfl:

I managed to get quite a bit done on the wii today as well -and will try and get a bit extra done later...
Have a great night everyone :D

Sorry Sian -we crossed posts.. no problem I will put the recipe on in the morning

Think i have had a fairly good week this week - only need 3.5lbs for my 3 1/2 stone award!
Think i will stick to original or green days from now on - but keep the principal of the 1/3 plate of superfree - i prefer to have more heb's and sometimes the hea's comes in handy!

Fingers crossed - hope everyone has a good week - will let you know the result tomorrow!
Good luck tomorrow :D I'm finding that I'm enjoying the Green days for those exact reasons I don't even look at the A options as I drink SO much tea I just write both A options off for my milk ;) I am still doing the 1/3 plate principle too.
Hmmm, I find it really hard to keep track of my food now I don't get the little food diaries now. I think I need to photocopy one, or create my own and print it out. Online's all well and good but I think I'm someone who needs to write as I bite!QUOTE]

I have a little notebook which fits in my handbag that I can then carry everywhere with me.

I have no excuse for writing things down then :)
That's exactly what I'm on the lookout for :) I don't always remember to put it on the pc straight away or I may not be near it or whatever :)

Can I ask what Bean Medley is, hun? Sounds interesting :).

I have more notebooks than WH Smiths so I'm sure I can find something appropriate to use. I thought I'd buy a journal at my class but they don't seem to do one.
