  • D-Day has arrived!!

I'm going to give EE a try so my food plan for today is:

    B - 350ml skimmed milk (hea), 2 weetabix (heb)
L - Salad (lettuces, cherry toms, red pepper) and ham
D - Pasta, prawns, mushrooms, cherry toms, garlic, chilli

Snacks - so far just a banana, but have clementines, an apple and more cherry tomatoes (love 'em!)

Syns - none so far but will have some later on this evening and update tomorrow with any changes

That's a shame as the Boy George programme really got interesting in the last half an hour. Shame they are not going to continue the story from where it finished.:(
