Well done to all you losers :p

I am finding it really really hard going guys. Im SOOOOO hungry.

I cnat carry on eating at this rate? Any ideas what i should be doing? Today sofar:

bananas and strawbs - large amount- with muller
    Another muller
5 cups of tea and 2 cans of diet coke
Pasta and sauce ( 1 syn?) it is the Chicken & mushroom one
half a packet of golden lights ( 2.5?)
    2x Alpen lites (HEB)
Dinner is going to be beef with roasted veg, ( syn free) I didnt make it yesterday as I felt really under the weather and had no dinner really last night altohugh did eat some c-cheese/yog/rice cakes instead.

Ive spent a fortune on food this week, and will have to buy yet more as its runnig out really quickly!

HELP! What to do to stop this!?!?

No wonder you're hungry - I would be too on what you're eating. Fruit and yoghurt for breakfast is fine if you're having a substantial lunch but if not, I'd want more to set me up for the day.

Have you thought of having a cooked breakfast? I know it takes a little longer to make, but it's worth it IMO. You could have eggs, beans, bacon, mushrooms, potato cakes (hash browns) all free on EE. Lunchtime could be jacket potato with baked beans, or cottage cheese & coleslaw. I know pasta n sauce is quick but it's not awfully filling. Making chilli or curry for your evening meal and saving enough for lunch the next day is always a good idea and can be eaten with a jacket potato too.

Perhaps a bit of pre-planning will help so that you make things (or get them ready) the night before. Make pasta n sauce quiche - it's much more filling and can be taken to work with a salad for an easy, quick lunch.

You should never be hungry or you're doing something wrong :)
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Are we still allowed the Pasta & Sauce quiche as one of the girls on an earlier post said that Slimming World are now saying this is a misuse of free food?? Thanks Consultant for clarifying.

Wow, it feels like I've been away for ages! Not only from the forum, but from the SW diet really... but I'm easing myself back into it now.

So I spent a week in Turkey in an all inclusive, and went fully with the intention of eating lots of salad and going for long walks in the sunshine. Which I did, but then I also had numerous cocktails, pancakes with chocolate sauce for breakfast every morning, pancakes filled with cheese for lunch & at least 4 or 5 'mini' desserts after both lunch AND dinner! (A terrible pattern emerged by the end of the week that went something along the lines of 'Ooo, I haven't tried those before, so I'll add that on the plate along with my established favourites') No idea what half of them were, but by the amount of syrup that oozed out when you cut into them I'm guessing they were synful-a-plenty!

Anyway, I've been back in the UK just over a week and still haven't gotten fully back on the wagon, but I'm getting there. The good news is for the first time in my life I'm actually enjoying salad, and the even better news is that I still lost 1/2lb at WI on Monday!

So I guess the moral of the story is chocolate pancakes are good for weight loss :D
Thanks so much Bluefire, Im off to Turkey in two weeks for a fortnight 5* Ultra AI : ) Been before and its out of this world.
Now I will have to try to beat your pancake & dessert tally, if I double up on what you had do you think I can lose a whole 1 lb???:rotfl::rotfl:
Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.

Had my first WI last night and only lost 0.5 lb so was a bit disappointed.:( I did find it all a bit confusing at first trying to get my head round it all, so have decided to do the red/green days this week to see how it goes. I notice people having mug shots - are these free or syns? Got some in cupboard so wanted to make sure before I started eating them.
My meals today on red were:
    B 2 x Weetabix (heb) 250ml ss milk (hea)
L 2 slices wholemeal bread 400g (heb) and laughing cow triangles (hea)
D Stir fried chicken with loads of beansprouts as I really like them - sad eh!
Had fruit as snacks and mullerlight.

Does this seem ok for a red day?

Well done to all the losers.

This morning I had an almighty sweetness craving!

I've just discovered sugar free jelly - had it with rasps as I don't have a very sweet tooth but you could do it with strawberries? Tasted lovely & I felt I was at a birthday party every time I had some :rotfl:

Hey everyone, I had weigh in today, and maintained.....I'm pretty happy with this as was away for a hen weekend and drank copious amounts of alcohol! I think I'm back on track, my eating had definitely been better and I hope to continue the good habits through to next week!

I've also made the SW chillinn from this months' magazine and its gorgeous. I thoroughly recommend you try it!
