It's a tasting session at our group tomorrow. Has anyone got any ideas of what I could make to take in? I really dislike any cakes or anything made with sweetener and would rather just spend the syns on a full sugar version so I'm a bit stuck!

We had a taster session last week and I took a big bowl of mushy pea curry - luckily I printed off a pile of recipes as they were snatched up! Thanks to whoever posted it on here, I love it and so did everyone else!:T

I am sure there is one pitta on the slimming website thats a healthy extra...not sure whch brand tho.

I lost 3.5 pounds today. Not as many as in my previous first weeks, but I am really pleased as I have changed from the cambride and not put on any weight.

mrs m - were you on the old style weight loss thread and did fabulously ?

    Guilty as charged :rotfl:
I lost loads .... but somewhere between losing my sister to ovarian cancer,my mamma dying, my mum having breast cancer and so a mastectomy and me having neurosurgery in the last 22 months -I fell off the wagon in spectacular fashion and plonked it back on :o
I have decided now is the time to pick myself up n dust myself down and get a bl**dy grip :p -I can lose weight no problem but its keeping it off that I have trouble with -thats why I have chosen slimming world as I really see it as a way I can see me eating for the rest of my life ;)

Zippy chick -it was the "whoops" sticker that lured me :rotfl:-when these have gone I will be making my own -theya ren't exactly difficult are they :p

Woo hoo Rotherham lass --- Now you can know who I am too -since my name is different on minimins :p... Im the one who asked who you were on here ;)

oooohhhh more losses -well done Chopps22

Chopps that's fab, well done! :j

McCoys - someone said 7or 8 earlier in this thread. Do i count as 28g is 7 as per thick cut crinkle?

Mrs McAwber - sounds like you've been through it. Hugs:A

Mushy pea curry, sounds ominous! Does it really need the sweetner? Ok, that's my last question for today. :D
A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men

It's the ASDA wholemeal pitta but someone commented that they believed it no longer was - but I've checked before posting this and it is still listed at the bottom of the HEBs on the website (diary page) - goody!:j
