The twitter team seem useless on this one. Phone up and state your phone type, quote the website and page.

In my case call went something like "I saw that Android phones have internet included so can you check that and change my flexible booster then?" He asked me the phone type, and what booster I wanted and it was done. Took less than 5mins. :T

I never saw much of a speed boost thou on speed testing it but others have!

I ordered my HTC desire yesterday with mobilesphonedirect at about 3:30pm, it's sitting in front of me NOW! I am a little scared tbh my last phone was a 5 yr old Nokia.

Thanks for the tip on using Chitter chatter. I have been in touch with them today and they've got HTC desires in stock and have done my upgrade for me. They've matched the Tmobile £30 tariff, inc 3gb internet download policy and the phone should be with me tomorrow morning. They've also included a bluetooth headset and in car charger free of charge

2 things firstly you should of got them to matcht here £25 new customer deal on their website with one booster then phoned t mobile up 2 get the second booster free and secondly the upgrade comes with a free pay as you go phone as well

I'm on the phone trying to get this but they seem a little stubborn atm (tbh no great shakes if not I rarely use over 300 texts). Keep repeating to them "on your website it says "
If your phone needs an 'always-on' internet connection, internet will be included in your price plan, so you can choose a different Flexible Booster. This will be highlighted on the phone overview page."

She has agreed with me I should get 300txts, 300mins, unlimited internet PLUS a different flexible booster but she wants to confirm with her manager so will phone me back this afternoon. Cross fingers.

well she shouldnt have to speak to her manager you have an android phone and thats what there policy states so i think they need better training
