Daindain that maybe so but tbh as long as her manager comes back and says yes then I don't care
I think they might be having a word with mobilephonesdirect at selling this package at £25 a month however.

nope because i got my upgrade on £25 a month on t mobile on the 24 month contract 600 mins 500 texts unltd 3gb net and unltd landline! from buymobilephones.net when i told t mobile this they told me to take it also the resellers work on lower margins so can offer these deals, t mobile cant do anything about it0
-
ah fair enough I presumed once the resellers had got you the package their bit was done hence why T-mobile might be cross at having to provide what is essentially a £30 contract for £25.
It's still sitting in it's box, waiting for this all to be resolved before I open and enjoy it!0 -
yh its a nice phone shame i got a faulty 1 onwards with the galaxy s! i think the fact htc are bringing out a htc desire hd takes the biscuit lol why cant companies support there phones for a long time there is a reason why the desire still has stock problems0

You said you ordered yesterday and received it today?
I ordered last week and spoke to them today and was told that the earliest delivery of stock would be 10-14 days time (the same thing they told me 7 days ago...)0 -
I looked at the Galaxy but I just felt it was a tad too big, I know there isn't really that much in it just thought it crossed the line. Silly really as I keep it in my bag anyway.0

yh there is no list i mean when i originally upgraded to the desire i got it next day whilst people ordering 3 weeks earlier still hadnt recieved theres after i had got mine! so like i said its pot luck with resellers and yh i know i wouldnt of minded keeping the desire if i could see it in bright sunlight and not wait 6 weeks for a replacement ! the fact the hd version will use the same resolution doesnt look good! i thought the froyo update will enanble flash 10.1 and hd recording on the desire?0

Yes, they told me beginning of August and so was slightly surprised to open the door this morning to the city link man. I haven't opened it yet, maybe it's just stuffed with cotton wool and is a (very) late April Fool!!!
I did mention on the phone that I would be looking around at better deals whilst I waited for this phone but the man just said they were an HTC preferred supplier and they would get the phones in first.
I was a new customer to both mobilephonesdirect and t-mobile, not sure if that made a difference.0 -

I am in the same situation, first time order with them and T-Mobile. It does annoy me that companies dont seem to consider sending out stock to peolple who have been waiting for it. But congrats on getting hold of one.0 -
