Pretty much the same story here. Mine is still showing as "Ready For Despatch" however, they have debited my account for the handset. Hopefully what you've said is right and they have despatched them, but just haven't updated the system yet.

I've just checked my bank account and it seems I've had £2.00 debited and immediately refunded to my account today but it doesn't say where from. I'm assuming that it is just MPD doing a security check but can anyone else confirm a similar transaction today?

My available bank balance was showing at £2.50 lower than it should be earlier and indeed is still showing as £2.50 less than my records show it should be. I have nothing on my online statement to show where this discrepancy has come from though. I am assuming it's something to do with Mobile Phones Direct as I ordered my HTC Desire with them last night.

Mine is on its way too. I won't be able to get my hands on it until I finish work though

My freind received his yesterday ... there appears to be some teething problems though as he can make calls but cannot receive them, cannot yet send messages and cannot connect to the internet using the phone network (but can on Wifi) ... hopefully this will all sort itself out today though.


Also we are not sure when the PAC will kick in and transfer the number.

Who did you order with and when did you order?

I placed my order on the 30th and my account is still saying "Order in processing." as of 2 minutes ago.

@FF: I think we're all talking about mobilephonesdirect orders... go back a page or two to where Blackadder prints a live chat discussion with them about T-mobile packages.
