I'm going to the church from my grans and have decided that the guests had better go straight to the church and not pop in to look at me or thimk we should all leave together, or anything like that cos some of them are like that! I'm having tants about something that might not even happen

Had a moment on Saturday night! Went to our venue for a meal for MoH's partners birthday. There was a wedding on and I checked with the venue that it wasn't my DJ playing because he was awful - turned out it was a band! Oops! They also set up on the dance floor so no one could get up and dance! People were moaning about it in the toilets!!! Went into spoilt brat mode - now I need to go back and make sure - on the plus side the food was out of this world! :D

Why not get in touch with local (or national) classic car clubs & see if anyone local to you might be willling to do the job for a lot less money than the hire firms - someone might be generous to do it for £50 & a bottle of tipple!

Had a mini Bridezilla this weekend. Was talking about dresses with Mum and I mentioned that I wasnted some brightly coloured wedges to wear under my dress.
She told me that it would ruin the look, so I snapped back "Well, it's either rainbow shoes, or a multi coloured dress" :o

Tell her you've thought about it and now want both!

A photographer that we met with showed us some photos of a wedding he'd done and the bride wore rainbow coloured stripey knee socks under her dress. It looked great! :D

No-one is telling me what I can and can't wear!

I had a fit and told my mum she wasnt allowed to wear the dress she wanted to a) Because its green and my sister is wearing red b) because it looks like something you would wear to do the shopping in, not be mother of the bride and c) because its just not formal!!!

Its not even my wedding! lol

Had my first bridezilla moment yesterday! We were visiting the reception venue and talking with the caterer about menu choices when I heard myself say: "Can we isolate the dining area because I don't want guests to mess up the tables"... Omg, how bad is that?
:grinheart It's Mrs Coupon now - saving and comping my way to a brighter future :grinheart
  • Miss coupon not at all, not only did I ask for the area to be isolated, I have asked my ushers to guard the doors and for blinds to be down so no-one can even see it..... and there was me thinking I hadnt had any BZ moments!!
