Haha, I'm so concerned about people being late I'm thinking of getting a few chosen friends to arrange a swift half in the pub beforehand so they can herd them all to the registry office at the time we tell them! Not sure I could stop them coming by bus though, haha!0

At my first wedding as I pulled up at the church a group of OH's friends literally ran out the pub opposite and squeezed past me into the church just before I walked in!0

I couldn't care less if my guests turn up on broomsticks, what difference does it make how they arrive???? As for being too early, is there such a thing?
I also don't care what they wear!! Well, I wouldn't be too chuffed if any of the ladies wore anything too bridal (i.e. all white/ivory!), but apart from that, they can come in rugby strips as long as they have a good time!

OMG..... cant belive all the posts about kids not bein invited. especially in immediate family. if u dont want to invite a whole family dont invite anyone....they will only critisice anyway for bein so stuck up as to not invite children anyway. half the time they the only ones who can give decent conversation....0
-
Errr will you go round to these weddings and entertain the kids? Will you pay for their meals and drinks? It's up to the couples concerned. You may not agree with it but don't come here telling those of us who choose not to invite kids that we're stuck up. Mind you. I think I'd rather have a decent conversation with a child than someone as judgemental as you0

yes and yes to the first 2 questions....arnt weddings about joining new families....or are they just for people with no kids...hmmm, personally if one of my close familt said they were gettin wed but by the way ur kids cant come then they would b told in no uncertain terms what they can do with the weddin. maybe the kids dont put enough in the cards....just a thought0

ps : isnt it the person not invitin kids bein judgemental....0

Umm no. They are having their wedding the way they want it. I would never not go to something just because xxxx & xxxx weren't invited. I am my own person, i dont mind going alone if needs be. I realise that the day is about them celebrating their love.:T0 -
Seriously if you have to, judge people on other threads when they're asking for opinions- this thread is for bridezilla confessions- it's supposed to be light hearted and fun and most of all therapeutic.0

There are a few people who i am choosing to leave off of my invite list, some kids and some adults. If my guest was the type of person to not attend my wedding because i haven't invited their kids, then it sounds like i probably won't miss them if they didn't come.0
