That's so weird, we got married abroad and got loads of gip for not having it at home! Clearly there's no winning!

One friend couldn't come to our wedding and had the cheek to say to me, 'Can't you just cancel and get married in a hotel nearby so I can come'... :eek: Yes dear, I'll just tell our 15 guests who've booked their holidays and paid deposits that there's a change of plan because 1 friend wants us to get married in a more convenient location for her!!!

I'm sorry to everyone else having issues with family not coming. I've just found out that one of my Aunties in Australia will be coming over for our wedding which is fantastic (although she has to stay with us :eek:)

Fingers crossed that my sister manages to win the lotto so that she can come over with her family as well

I'm a bridezilla and I wish people would stop asking if I'm excited - no I bl00dy well am not, I am stressed and am not enjoying the planning of the wedding yet.

I think I'm also a bit depressed that I've not got my family here now (esp Mum and Sister) and I feel that I'm doing it all myself. Having my first fitting on Saturday and really wish they were both here to enjoy it with me. I am taking future mother in law though good job we like each other :rotfl:

i have only got TWENTY SEVEN weekends left til i need to order my dress as itll be 9 months from the wedding then, six months to make, two for fitting then one for breathing!
i cant get a time when my MOH is free at the same time as me, been trying the last few weekends grr

I am sick of people asking why I'm not excited or nervous. I am happy that I'm not nervous yet (23 days to go) or I would end up a nervous wreck on the day. I have no idea why I'm not excited and it bothers me so people who keep commenting on it are NOT helping. We have nothing to do which probably doesn't help.

it really doesnt seem like 5 minutes ago i was posting stuff like this "gahhh! only 30 weeks to go" etc.... now its 16 days away and im going to poo myself!

i know! we booked our venue a year ago now, i cant believe how far away it seemed, now its a year and a bit away as opposed to 2 an a bit years!
