hi everyone !! i renewed my claim on 20th april in the eveving has anyone been waiting that long!! its a night mare x

did u receive the letter 2 phone specialist line? if u did then did u renew on main line or spec line?

specialist line! had a seperate letter like other people

Just wanted to say that I called up the Tax Credits office on the 300 3900 number last week as I needed an up to date entitlement letter. They asked me for security details and two passwords as they are stepping up secuirty now.

I will always be asked these two questions as well as normal security questions.

No received renewal pack yet...

Mine wasnt a specialist renewal but to give others a little bit of hope

I just had a 4 figure amount go into my bank this morning:eek::eek::eek:

from previous posts i stated i worked last year but now on jsa, my initial figures were 15k for 08-09 my new figure was 10k for 09-10 and i have received my underpayment in one lump sum

Wow am i a happy bunny xx

on friday i received a provisional reward notice. I had originally received my paperwork 2 weeks ago and sent it off by post, last week i called them to ask if all ok, apparently i had made one mistake i had noted i was on jsa for all the year instead of just 2 weeks :rotfl: anyway she corrected that and said she didnt see anything else on my screen

today i had my normal ctc go in and then this lovely jubbly amount x

hi did your provisional come in a brown envelope..i recieved one fri as well and i m just checking it came from specilist team..thanks

hi,i recieved my renewal pack about 3 weeks ago and renewed on the phone no
problems,then about 2 days i rang back and was told it was all done and dusted
and got my new payments and dates also a nice payment due to income being
lower as partner on maternity leave:T,then a few days later i recieved a specialist
line letter,i rang them up and said i had already renewed is all ok?,they said let me
check and said yes all is fine it has gone through,i even left it a couple of days and
rang back to double check i got asked a couple of questions about my claim eg
hours worked etc,he then said yes no problem you have already renewed,and an
award was issued on the 29th april,i today recieved my final award from last year
and 2010,2011 award,no difference from previous years apart from the awards
arrived in smaller brown envelopes and looked a bit more poorly printed,
and only one each were as last year we got 2 awards each which is a waste of money
