Yes i did then i got final for last yr n new payments for this yr. I got another letter askin for more info 2day n i dont knw y they sed it was done

still waiting for a normal review been (no changes) 2 and half weeks now, rang them again and they said renewals are taking 4 weeks at the moment for no apparent reason. I questioned why some are done within a few days and again no reason given, will chase again next week I suppose.

I did it through specilist team they asked me about everything when i rang so i dnt knw y they want more info

just wondered because seems a few have recieved another letter when they renewed through normal number. Is there a number to call on the letter might be worth ringing as a previous post on here said they were asked for more info i.e childcare, birthcert etc but when they rang they were told that informing them over phone again was enough so no need to send info in x

thats what i dnt understand she check everything on my claim ova 2 wks ago. I even got an extra payment n new award 4 this yr n final 4 last n she said ur renewed till nxt yr if i hav any changes report them on normal number. Do u knw who posted about ringing another number?

it was broxon a couple of pages back think she said it was a different number on the letter asking for the information to the number for the specalistist team. But said the person was helpful and just updated the information even though she had given them it a few days before. Then informed her not to send the information as was not needed. I would ring them they have to inform you why they need it and at least then you'll know what is going on. Let me know how it goes.
