I'm back from MILs and even though I went unprepared to the middle of nowhere nothing happened! More cramping/ pains/ sickness but nothing more. She kindly nagged me about how I am feeding the baby, I just told her I hadn't decided.

Fuzz: I don't think your moaning, I feel terrible as it's all I do on this forum!

Hope everyone's had a lovely evening. Went to Ikea and the cinema and had a breakdown in Ikea :o. They had some special Swedish menu on but only that which was full of fish and meat, which I don't eat. Now having nothing for a hungry pregnant lady isn't good so was annoyed but thought will go downstairs and grab a veggie hot dog and chips. Queueing up and ordered mine same time as a guy ahead of me in the queue and they only had one veggie hot dog left :mad: so they were working out who to give it to, so of course I broke down in tears as was really hungry. The guy bless gave me the hot dog (which feel bad about . . ). Then went back upstairs tried to complain to the manager about lack of choice, but he was basically saying tough we only do this event once a year - cue more tears :o:o. Bless DH stepped in and said about the lack of hot dogs, manager guy then did get me another hot dog to make up for it. Sorry for rambling but can't believe had massive breakdown in Ikea over a hot dog :eek:

Anyway bubs enjoyed film was going mad at beg, must be responding to loud noise :D

Aw SirM *hugs* don't worry about breaking down, you need your food! I've cried about much dafter things!

Has anyone ever heard of babies clicking?!? I have had this since the weekend, it's not often only happened a handful of times but I heard a definite click coming from my bump! Really weird! OH has heard it too.
  • I've noticed a clicking almost like knuckles cracking for the past two weeks someone said it could be bubs farting how strange
Busy mum of 3, so if my posts don't make sense or ask a silly question be patient:rotfl:

Kitkat! Thank God! It's not just me clicking then!!! I've been doing it for a couple of weeks now too, it's really loud and definitely coming from my bump. Googled it with no joy and my mw who is fairly old/experienced had never heard of it either, thought it might just be baby kicking my stomach and making gas but I don't think it is that. So, no idea but glad it's not just me. Oh, one thing it could be is the sac starting to rupture and I know you've had a few other signs so good luck :D

SirM, I had the hugest blazing row with DS (aged 12) last night and I'm really not sure what about. My voice was actually going by the time hubby kind of hugged me like a small child to get me to calm down. I also burst into tears in Argos when my in-laws bought a lovely red car seat. Groan

Confuzzled, I was just joking about the moaning by the way, gawd knows I do enough of it myself :o

Hmmmm, MLSL too. I wonder if it's coincidence we're almost exactly the same distance along?

Oooh MLSL and Courgette I'm glad I'm not alone! I googled it too and it was a bit confusing! It is a definite click and I didn't think it sounded like wind so it could be your theory Courgette. Pregnancy is a weird thing!

I had the achy numb fingers for a couple of weeks, midwife says pregnany can bring on carpal tunnel thing, it normally goes afterwards. Yup another lovely pregnancy sypmtom. mine told me to sleep with hands flat under pillow- which is easier said than done.

Definitely easier said than done! As is sleeping in general for me tonight, baby really doesn't want me lying down and when he does calm down my head is too awake and I can't get comfy. So thought I'd get up for a bit but I'm shattered and the cat is fussing around me which I don't need.

Rubbish about your furniture, especially only finding out by ringing up yourself.
