Man on the moon date it from first day of last period if you go on www.mumsnet.com/talk there is a pregnancy calculator down the right hand side of the page if that helps you.
On another note sainsburys have half price baby toileteries and wipes etc starting tommorow was some fab deals last time will have to add to my stash of 51 packs wipes so far - ssshhh dont tell husband!! - cant go til thurs though as he has car tommorow.
have started packing my hospital bag have one for me then thinking of using baby changing bag for baby bits. know what I need for baby
what do I need for me c-section 3 days stay roughly - can send husband home for more bits and bobs
so far have - 2 nightdresses (will find a 3rd), breastpads box of 40, 20 maternity pads (husband can bring more if needed), lanosin nipple cream, box brunch bars.
plan to add - mini shampoo, conditioner, wash stuff, we have a load of flannels I was going to bin but have kept and can use for one wash and then bin so will pack those, need to pack some underwear undecided on style yet, should I pack outfit for going home or just get husband to bring it on discharge was thinking of a black maternity dress I have as will go over scar and also if bleeding lots and have on a mega sanitary pad it wont matter.0 -
MOTM... the actual due date is calculated from 1st day of last period. The actual "conception" can take place mid cycle so even if you've conceived on day 14 of cycle the "pregnancy" has in fact "started" 2 weeks before. It's all very confusing but doc will go on the last period so that's how many weeks OH is PG.
Then of course dates can all change at 1st scan!!BLOWINGBUBBLES:kisses2: SMARTIE120 -
#the due date is calculated 9 months plus 7 days from the first day of the last period.. so if you are saying she conceived 3 weeks ago she will be about 5 weeks pregnant now.. does that help?LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0

Hi everyone, i am so tired, no motivation. Have polished down stairs, started vacuming, got to the living room and needed a rest. Need to start again. Driving lesson been rearranged to thursday now as my driving instructor has a flat. Managed to get in touch with hair dressers so got an appointment on friday. Hair really needs doing, roots showing badly. Need to take our dog out shortly for a run round the field, him not me lol. I wish i had a wand that i could wave and all the housework would majacially be done. Dh is on his way home now, can't wait to see him.
Hope you get to find our flavour of baby Smartie.Married 09/09/090 -
And oh Pigpen... come down on holiday and take advantage of my local healthcare;)!! They were really busy on labour ward because of holiday makers?! I wouldn't like to go on holiday and end up having baby.... but hmmmmmmm - maybe those ladies prefered to have baby here rather than their local hospital!!;):think:
That's what people are doing!! They are planning holidays so they can use our healthcare as it's the top in the country. Was in the North devon journal a couple months ago!!
I just hope it's not too crowded when I goI won't be happy. And if a grockle is giving birth in the pool the time I want it I will yell at the got get out!!

Now I feel I should justify being pee'd off about residents only nice centre in Poole (although MW did say they aren't supposed to differentiate, I'm still local and OH will make sure he gets his own way!)
It's because if something goes wrong there, you get wheeled down a corridor to somewhere they can yank baby out with BBQ tongs if required, as opposed to Bournemouth (which I'm closer to) where it's an ambulance trip
I'm not a tourist and if I popped whilst on holiday I'd have to go it alone as OH would have to babysit, I can't think of anything worse :rotfl:Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o

Small screaming rant....
Stupid mw just rang... can the com. mw bring a sample bottle round so I can do a urine sample seeing as the last one was unusable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is WRONG with these people???????????????????
I swear I am going to hit someone very soon.. then she tried whinging at me to make me go in.. I asked what for?... apparently so they can... TAKE A URINE SAMPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Where the F*** from??????????????? My foot that is about to pop?
Apparently it is 'very worrying' that I cannot pee... oh gosh.. well I'll go to our house it never is?! *looks for surprised face*
I said why would I go in? They will check the baby isn't dead.. which I know it isn't.. and won't actually give a flying f*** that I am unwell, in pain, miserable as sin and filling with fluid at an alarming rate... bollox to the baby.. I am fairly certain I have a been a person a touch longer than an almost person therefore it should be MY issues dealt with first regardless of what is going on with that!!
oh well, I'll ring you tomorrow....
And I won't answer the phone!!
