Stupid question....what is a birthing holiday?

I always thought the mother comes first before baby??? (as bad as it might sound) I do feel my health is being put 1st although they've only just got round to sorting out scan to check bubs which I feel should of been done earlier.

Would you like some of my wee to give them just to shut them up?? Although my wee isn't good so that's probably not a good idea!

Any wee is better than the non-existant wee I have at the moment!!

And here they don't actually give a hoot whether I am half dead, completely dead or just 3/4's dead.. so long as the baby is fine

A holiday near due date near a hospital where mum would like to have baby... i.e a hospital that has a high rated maternity unit;)

my local hospital only got a "fair" rating in 2008 - when I was last there in 2007, I had to clean the shower out from someone else's blood before I could use it - it was pretty disgusting.... :eek:

Thats awful Don- now worrying about what will be like when I go into my hospital for c-section I actually have a bit of a shower phobia I use them but dont really like them and dont like using ones I am not used to - very pathetic not even keen on baths either unless I know have been cleaned well.

I have bleached all bathrooms we have moved into and also on holidays as well!!!

Well hairdresser has been last cut before baby, done now as she gets married sat and has 3wks off.

been checking my ebay items daily very sad but not sold on there for 2yrs and other than the tatty teddy sleepsuits I have on there the most popular items at the moment are 3 different pairs of magic type knickers all new with tags but have lots of watchers and have bids on them!!! Thought all my lovely dresses would be more popular oh well have til the weekend and know people bid last minute.

Went out with my mum today to get Baby bits as gifts from my Parents and i had a accident in my very new Car :mad::o

The baby is fine well I have felt her move once so I hope she is ok

I am so angry and upset

Fabulous idea.. If they weren't trained to !!!! in next doors potted plants!

They are so stupid they wouldn't know the difference!

They are now on about sending the mental health team out.. I said go for it.. they aren't getting in the house.. they would be told quite unceremoniously to bugle off.. through a closed door!
