congrats 1 more, so glad everything went nice and quickly for you.
Sorry you're having a naff time of it Smartie
Pigpen is baby being quiet like they can be prior to delivery, is that what your others did?
Kit Kat I'd find that very scary being told baby can come any time now, lol
Well I've had a naff week, off work this week as well, I'd be better off at work. My dog got put to sleep on MondayHe was 10 years old, his back legs weren't good at all and hadn't been for some time, but he had no quality of life any more.
Yesterday I slipped and fell in the shower in a spectacular fashion , shower curtain and pole off the wall etc. I have a lovely bruised elbow. I had a midwife appointment yesterday anyway and flumps fine, which I knew as she was wriggling away after being violently woken up.
I hope this week gets better!
Lol Bunny it is a bit scary!!! I am sorry to hear about your dog *hugs*
Sir M: I hope you also get to go to a birth centre, it just seems much easier!!

YES!!!!
that is exactly what they do.. it keeps you doing as you are told and nice and compliant!! .. You end up so scared our BP is through the roof.. so they can make you panic about that and I think it is way out of order!!! It also stops you questioning anything they say.. because they hate it when you do that.. it might mean they have to spend time talking to you.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

PP: I am NOT panicking, I think the likelyhood of me having it is very minimal!! Last appt apparently I had pre-eclamsia, this time diabeties, what will it be next time?! Lol. They kept asking me 'how do you feel' I said I feel fine!! I am sure I would know if I had diabeties!!
TNV: I think Kai Stuart. I really like the name Kai0 -
Krystal: I had 'high levels' of glucose in my urine, despite me not having eaten/ drank anything sugary so its a mystery!0

Hi everyone, hugs to smartie, sorry to hear that you are having a crap time with the hospital.
I went and my glucose test done this morning, they said if i don't hear anything tomorrow then everything is ok. After my appointment i went outside and i fell over on to my knees, baby is ok thankfully. I had to go back this afternoon for my 28 week appointment and consultant listened to baby heartbeat, he kept moving, he seems to like to do this when they try to listen to the heartbeat, my dh heard it for the first time. I told the consultant about the pain in my rib, she says it could be that its my uterus pushing my ribs or my ribs could be inflammed and hopefully it will go away soon. Ive to take parcetomols and she said if it gets worse then to get in touch with them. She said that baby is in a transverse positon. I have to go back in four weeks time to see consultant again and will have more blood tests then for my throyid. Im hoping that then they will give me my date for the c section, she said today that she wasn't giving it yet as i needed to be seen again.Married 09/09/090 -
