He has about as much chance of getting full custody as he does as walking to the moon.. he will get access unless you can show he is a danger to the children.. let him do his childish ranting and raving and ignore him.. he hasn't a cat in hells chance of getting the children and he is using them as a weapon against you.. take a step back and look at the situation..

This is also threatening behaviour so show it to your solicitor and that can be used against him as well.. making threats to you when you are pregnant and alone is the absolute pits..

Chances are he won't even bother because it is too much like being interested in something other than himself!!

don't get upset.. just ignore his stupidity he is probably !!!!!! up and had a rant at someone in the pub who has wound him up to saying stupid things..

Ignore the texts or just reply.. bring it on! because he has no chance at all

Sweetie, please calm down, he can you this to his hearts content but its not a reason to lose your children.

Do you have reason to believe he would steal him or has he just would you up enough for you to feel irrational (sorry, that sounds harsh, I dont mean it to be)

Hi all

I'm home! Lovely weekend with family, had a lot of fun with my 13 month old nephew and then today we saw DH's sis & bil and their almost 2 year old and the 8 week old DH was lovely with them!

Have come home with a fair bit of baby stuff- changing table which came from a friend from where I used to live via my cousin, a cot arch and some toys my mum bought when we went to the outlet shopping place and a present some lovely next clothes from a family friend, people are so generous! I might exchange the clothes as they are up to 1 month and as they are lovely quality seems a shame to have for such a short time!

We also had a lovely surprise of £1000 cheque from my gran, she gave one to all her granchildren! She wants us to spend it so we have bought a little HD camcorder as we'd planned to do anyway and are going to upgrade our computer also. DH has taken some great photos & films of the little ones this weekend!

Also found out my sister is pg again - she's 8weeks ish so will be about 4 months behind me. Am so pleased for her, though we are all a bit worried after last time. All still secret for now of course but I guessed!

I don't know. I don't feel I know him at all any more. I never ever thought he would threaten this.........

emsy - pigpen has put it better than I could. No court will give him the children and not only the drink prob but the fact he walked out on you when pg will count against him. big hugs. x

pigpen I know I am possibly being thick, but I cannot remember what proof i have?

Esmy: I simply cannot word it better than pigpen, ignore his texts, but keep them as evidence should you need it. If he did just take your baby, when it's born, i am sure that would further ruin his chances.

Pigpen: maybe speak to your DS1 about looking after your lot, hopefully it will only be for a short period of time. I'm just so fed up of this pregnancy, just been trying to entice baby out with holding Jaffa cakes in front of my belly. Had some vigorous movements but I think he/she is quite happy in there bashing my ribs and hip.

Rach: sounds like you had a lovely time! Well done on all the baby bits, and hd camcorder, very lucky!

I am pretty sure that pigpen is right and these threats are booze fulled!!
