kitkat.. what is worrying me most is if the baby has to be in SCBU for more than 24 hours.. I have no idea how we will manage the other children.. Tiddles didn't go in but this one they are expecting to have either very low blood count or massive jaundice due to antibodies in my blood.. and I don't want to leave my other children and I can't leave the baby in hospital.. I am feeling hot andtired and achey and huge too..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0

Hello
Ex has just texted me to say "see you in court"
When I asked why, he said to "fight for his kid"
I asked for further explanation, he says "for all he can" then has gone onto say full custody.
Please someone help me as I am crying my eyes out.0 -

Not that I can think of.. my sis has a small girl of her own, my other 2 sisters are working, my other sis lives in London. My brothers.. no chance! I don't have any close friends I would inflict my children on lol, or who are close enough or who have the time.. their dad would say no to having them just to make my life difficult I know he would.. I may have to ask DS1 and his gf TBH because I can't think of anyone else... I think I'll just hope baby decides to come on a weekend they are all at their dads.. I wonder if I could plan things THAT accurately!?!
I'm not quite fed up enough to be evicting the baby yet so hopefully this one will last at least until the summer holidays start!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

emsy - please try and calm down as its no good for you, the bean or your LO.
He sounds just like he is full of threats - and unless he can prove you are completely unfit he wont get custordy of your baby.
Either call his bluff and tell him you'll see him there or just ignore him.
Some men are such @ssholes!!
HUGE hugs

And is this likely to happen?
He has a drink issue and you know it and he knows it and you have proof of it even better... do you REALLY think any court in the land would take your babies from you to give to someone like that?
He has about as much chance of getting full custody as he does as walking to the moon.. he will get access unless you can show he is a danger to the children.. let him do his childish ranting and raving and ignore him.. he hasn't a cat in hells chance of getting the children and he is using them as a weapon against you.. take a step back and look at the situation..
This is also threatening behaviour so show it to your solicitor and that can be used against him as well.. making threats to you when you are pregnant and alone is the absolute pits..
Chances are he won't even bother because it is too much like being interested in something other than himself!!
don't get upset.. just ignore his stupidity he is probably !!!!!! up and had a rant at someone in the pub who has wound him up to saying stupid things..
Ignore the texts or just reply.. bring it on! because he has no chance at all
Tigtag.. thank you.. I am not intending on getting comfy .. quick in and out jobby hopefully!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0
